@Cerb the jist of it is that his later day pushes by deadline doesn't feel like town especially given that he just abandons his Dav push. His early day is all just 'dav is scum dav is scum dav is scum' he votes pistach, and then goes back to dav after the whole Amiham slip thing. Then deadline hits and in short succession he calls ranger, Cakez, Skybird, all scum based on which one is the most popular at the time and never even mentions Dav again in any sort of negative light for the rest of the game. I don't understand why a town player would ever think that he has a clear caught scum, and then give it up not only due to deadline panic, but then the next day he completely forgets that this player was ever considered scummy by him. It is something I have done as scum by accident, but I can't ever imagine as town just giving up on a scum push that I was death tunneling because meh. Like he never actually says that Cakez is worse than dav or anything like that, he just seems to forget that Dav is even in the game after his last case against him.

Full disclosure I was hoping for worse answer from him regarding dav but the answers he gave don't invalidate my case at all imo. Its a bit complicated and I'm on a phone so the full thing will appear later tonight.

I highly advise taking notes, it has helped both my scum and town games a lot.

Though to address this point. If you are hard pushing a wagon, realize that you have no idea why you think that person is scummy anymore and then you never mention that you've 180ed on that read and just ignore that person for the rest of the game then that's just one of the times where town inexplicitely play as scummy as possible just to fuck with people. Changing your reads or forgetting reads are fine, people do that all the time, but you need to be transparent about it.

I find it rather offputting, however, for someone who has expressed a distinct desire to avoid reading the game to come in and demand a stronger case on someone.

Are those behaviors by Mirhawk, which you said you don't remember (which is weird, because it happened before you replaced in, and I was under the impression that you didn't want to read the game, so I'm a bit confused about how you could possibly hope to recall something you may have never read), town? Are they scummy? If they're town/not scummy, what has been done in this game as far as you've seen, which is scummy? I'm trying to establish a baseline here, because I've never played with you and you just made an excuse for something which I view as undoubtedly scummy, leading me to suspect that we have very different views on what is/isn't acceptable behavior from a town slot.

The only thing that has anything to do with our alignment that has been brought up as a reason to lynch us in my interactions with Sakura; I hadn't really gotten the chance to interact with her directly (which is rare) and I wasn't particularly surprised or interested by any of her posts. The only two points where anything she did became alignment relevant were ranger vote that seemed a little strange and her approach to the Swordsworth suspicion (framing it as a poor progression instead of calling out his reads as absolutely ridiculous). I thought that the way she approached me was town. I thought the way she got exasperated about Axelrod not realizing how obvious it was that she read Spiffeh's post before voting was town. None of these things from Sakura are significant enough to equal a read.

Different people get reads in different ways. I tend to get reads through ISO mapping. Nacho and Sakura would have been able to read each other better if they'd had time to interact in real time while she was still in the game. I don't understand why this is hard for you to understand, since you're not a reading the game type player, you're a talking to people type player.

1) This is a hydra. We have one people person and one sits in the middle of the spider web waiting for motion person. i'm the latter.
2) making an ISO map takes a lot of time and i won't have iso maps of every slot until much later in the game. I prioritise ISO mapping in a bunch of different ways. While Sakura was in the game, there was the belief that Nacho and her would be able to sort each other when they had time and then I could sheep Nacho's read on her. Making an ISO map of Sakura would make as much sense as making as ISO map of Tammy. A waste of time when I have Nacho.

I can't answer your question more fully without outing a bunch of PRs for no reason; sorry. If anybody I believed to be town were in danger of being lynched I'd explain enough to prevent that from happening but as it is all you really need to know is that I have a townread on tictac that will be explained sooner or later. Possibly sooner not until my hydra partner is less busy.

Actually, now that I think about it...seriously, when you listed all those prs and realized their information couldn't have come from any standard PR alone, why the hell did you assume they were scum? There are plenty of other explanations. There are neighborizers, amd people who can send messages, and roles that investigate but deliver the results to other slots.....i don't know how much experience with nacho and plot you have, but what you were accusing them of is INCREDIBLY sloppy scum play, and neither of them are that sloppy. Even if you DON'T know plot, all you need to do is look at their posts and you will see great attention to detail.
