I'm 100% sure I bookmarked some threads from the Banned User Discussion forum, but I can't find them.

Access for regular users was removed after the prank. Even if you bookmark threads, once you stop having access to a forum, you also stop having access to those bookmarked threads and they "disappear" until access is restored.
