This was Dwlee's town-slip. Ranger flipped a confirmable town role that can target someone and they would know that she was town, and that she could target people to inform then that she was confirmed town.

If she targeted scum the most logical thing to do would be to NK her. She was NKed the night she visited Dwlee.
