The game is designed to be played with 20 or 25 or 28 or 32 people! The more people - The more interesting setup ! I give you all a week to fill this as much as you can! If it filled sooner? We will start sooner!

Well as I said no generally; you can play without flavor knowledge and it will be fine.

Though flavor knowledge might help cuase the game has kill flavors but Its not required for solving the game

although the anime might get spoiled in my stories so that point remains.

I messaged some people inviting them to my game. that includes all the players of my previous moded games (nearly all of them) and some people their name came into my mind when I was posting it.
