Your definition of majority is wrong.

What result does the follower get if he follows the role stopper.

I'm thinking the set up looks balanced.

And I believe half plus one is right.
I have used that definition for long time.

I can change it though, very semantic.
It doesn't matter because anyone reading will know you don't mean what you say and will ignore it for what they know to be correct. But in that case why say it?

Set up seems unusual, but just in the realm of blanced - a little scum-sided but not to the point of xpecing complaints if town wins.
