Okay is the night two cop supposed to be just night two or from then on.
Latter is novice cop.

This seems a little too town sided with three conf town and a cop.
Rolecop doesn't help that much

It's balanced enough if you remove both.

Pretty much this.

3 Masons are pretty powerful alone in the game.
A extra cop is unnecessary and Myko pointed out can lead to 5 players confirmed which is game breaking.
