timeouts

in the past ~week or so I get constant timeouts on the site

it's at home and at work so it's not IP related

If it happens again, can you check if sitechat is affected at the same time?
I think it might have something to do with PHP performance.

Sorry, I don't mean that I think site chat use is causing it, it's just that I want to see if it's the website only or not.
