Scroll with mouse wheel or by holding middle click?

I just close and reopen the tab, that solves it lol

I'm using google chrome but I never see this error.
how are you trying to scroll? with mouse wheel or down button

scroll doesn't work when i have this issue. middle click works.
regardless, it seems to have stopped?

Sounds like a Chrome (and not MS) issue, but I'll look into it.
