Newbie Game Queue (Players and Mods)

I believe that the newbie upgrade to SE requirement is to play 3 newbies and a game off of the road to rome queue (Micro, open, mini, ect)

Before I believe it was you just play 2 games anywhere and you're instantl6 nolonger a newbie

Before you could play 2 newbies then had to have a game completed outside the queue to sign up for a game from scratch here again (you could still replace in though), which would then be as an SE.

What are these "SE" tags? I don't get it.

I think you play 3 newbie games and 1 non newbie game to become an SE but I'm not sure since it's different now than it used to be.
