oh hi.

So...I have very, very little experience as scum and I've never been Doctor at all. I have a town meta of asking a lot of questions and poking around and analyzing things; I have no idea how I'm going to maintain that as scum, but I'll give it my best shot. If either of you have tips or pointers or thoughts on strategy, lay'em on me.

I'm not great at not pissing people off, apparently, but I'll do my best.

Random notes:

Assemble is probably going to lurk it up. As town this would piss me off, so I'll probably start railing on him if I make it to D2. (This is true of any lurkers, including members of our own team)
NSG was pretty obviously town in the one game I read her in, but she did manage to hide her PR until D3 so she's not a totally open book.
Impede is an interesting character. Curious to see how/what he does.
I irrationally like / am intimidated by Flavor. I'll try to get over myself before it hurts our team.

I don't know anyone else.


ALSO. If I last long enough for it to matter: I will be on total VLA from December 10th - December 15th because I'm going to Europe on a business trip and won't have time/ability to play Mafia. #awkward.

RL has been kicking my ass six ways from Sunday the last few days. Catching up. Probably won't vote for Komichi at all, but we'll see.

Would be kinda cool if we could get Impede lynched. Might also end up backfiring and getting me lynched for jumping on a wagon- but at least it's a wagon that makes sense given prior posts of mine. La-di-da, guess we'll see.

Was thinking I should protect Transcend and submit the NK. That way doggo will definitely be able to do his RB thing in N2, and Mozamis' chance of being nailed is reduced to just being vig target rather than vig AND investigative role. Seems like the best way to protect both of you.

Thoughts on that / who to target?

- He knows he isn't a traitor
- He DOESN'T know if we have a traitor.
- He's enough of a scumread to be classic scum lynchbait

That seems like a pretty solid ploy to avoid getting NKed...but maybe i'm over thinking it...?

Normal guidelines = we would know if we had a traitor. We don't know, therefore role does not exist (alternatively, Dunk fucked up the setup, but his reviewers would have caught that.)

We don't have a serial killer. Confirmed only two sides in this game.

Thing is, there is no reason for my role to exist if there isn't someone there for me to protect you and Transcend from, which would imply there's a town role with an NK ability. If we're lucky, that person either didn't NK, or thinks Nero protected Transcend and scum got blocked.

Welp. Wasn't expecting that to happen. Thought I'd have time to read up and word vomit tonight. I'm going to have a hell of a time getting my act together D3, buuuuut I'm gonna do my damnedest. If I can't...bus me for town cred, and don't be surprised when I put up a crappy fight. *lol* But give me a solid chance first, yeah? I'd really PREFER to live to N3, all things considered.

Of note:

Lapsa is concerning me, but we can't NK her. We can't NK Flavor either, at least not for a day or two.
NSG is like a bulldog with her scum reads once she gets a lock AND she's pretty damn good at hiding PR status. She leveled at mozamis, which means she's going to go for him tomorrow...and probably the rest of the game, unless you conclusively shake her off your tail. I don't know if we should NK her though.

Shinobi would be an interesting NK, if only because Transcend has been chasing after him so doggedly. Moving on from that naturally could give you some solid town credit, yeah?

ASP or Assemble would also be interesting choices, if only to make people ask questions, and disrupt the current circles of suspicion.
