Rules

GENERAL RULES

1. Follow all site rules.
2. Play to win. Try and fufill your win condition.
3. Don't utilize outside communication to discuss this game.
4. Do not personally attack people to an excessive degree.
5. Don't quote, misquote, or pretend to quote private communications from the moderator. You may paraphrase. Specifically do not reference the time stamp on your or anyone else's role PM.
6. Don't use encryption, tiny/hidden/unreadable text, or anything that could be easily confused for such.
7. Do not pretend to break a rule; that is the same as breaking them.
8. No abusing loopholes.

BASIC RULES

1. Days begin with a deadline of 10 days.
2. Days end when one of the following events occurs:
-The deadline is reached.
-A player is lynched.
-A town-aligned player is modkilled.
3. If it looks like a vote, I (or mathblade's counter) will probably count it as a vote
4. Votes can’t be in spoilers or quotes.
5. Nights will last 48 hours or until every living player gives me permission to end the night early.
6. Unless otherwise specified, use of night abilities is optional, and if no action is submitted no action will occur. I will not remind you; this is your responsibility.
7. You can submit night actions in your factional topic, if they should exist, as long as it is bolded and easily identifiable.
8. No “bah” posts.

ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS and REPLACEMENT RULES

1. Once the game begins, all players must post within 48 hours or a replacement will be sought.
2. Players who do not post for 48 hours in a single game-day will incur a prod.
3. Players who do not post for 24 hours following a prod will be replaced.

4. Players who incur three prods will be replaced.

5. You may be prodded if I believe you are not giving acceptable activity for this game. For example, posting a one-liner or prod dodging will not count.
6. If for any reason you are temporarily unable to meet these requirements, you may declare V/LA status in thread and be excused. V/LA declarations must include a definite end date.
7. Notwithstanding V/LA status, any player who does not post at all for four days will be replaced.
8. If you want to be replaced, let me know by PM or

BOLDED

in thread. If you ask to be replaced, you may NOT take it back.

MECHANICS

1. Mafia may or may not have daychat.
2. This setup is completely closed.
3.

There are ressurection mechanics in this game. Because of this, do NOT talk to dead players.

4.

There is an anti claim mechanic in this game. Claim at your own risk.

5. The players named Town Gunner and Mafia Gunner cannot be voted or targetted. They do not count for parity. Town Gunner is a villager, and Mafia Gunner is a wolf.
6. Rolecards

The villager win condition is: You win if you eliminate all non- villagers.

The wolf win condition is: You win if you reach parity with the town and eliminate all threats to the wolves, or nothing can stop this from happening.

OTHER RULES FOR THIS GAME

1. You can vote for “no lynch”.
2. If the town is in LyLo, it will be announced, and votes will be locked- your first vote cannot be changed.
3. You may not target yourself with your abilities unless explicitly stated in your role PM.
4. Factional Kills are not mandatory, but are assigned.
5. You may target people consecutively unless otherwise stated in your role PM.
6. All day actions, if they do exist, may be pre-submitted to be done at any time.
7. If you have mechanics questions,

8. This game uses natural action resolution.
9. This game uses majority lynch.

A few things about the vote counter. 1) If you vote for someone not in the game, it will either not count it, or vote for the person closest, which is your fault 2) When voting, make sure not to put tags in the vote. So, if you need to unvote, use the unvote tags, not vote:unvote. And put the size/color tags OUTSIDE of the vote. 3)Because the scanner lags and can take a few seconds, votecounts on say post 75 might also scan posts that are from a few after. 4) If you see an error in the vote counter, please point it out to me, and I will try to fix it by the next votecount.

Every single person except Thor has confirmed, so although I originally intended to wait to start the game before he confirmed (beacuse he never technically confirmed his pre/in), I'm not going to hold the entire game hostage over one person. If he does end up getting "replaced", don't hold it against him.
