I'm a player who very rarely is quick to do anything, and more rare still would I exude this level of confidence—enough to place someone at L-1 one page 3.
What chances would you need that you haven't taken already? On page three I have seen an appeal to a couple things: 1) things beyond the scope of most of this game's players' experiences; namely, an appeal to meta on MU that none of us know suggesting that you're a scum magnet. Your wagon voters are voting you for reasons unrelated to that nor should you expect that your experiences on another site would translate here. 2) appealing to our general sense of gameplay. Don't quicklynch, Let lurkers post, Make informed decisions etc. Sure that's fine to say but we're all aware of the basic tenets of how to play mafia... well I assume most of us I can't vouch for everyone here, but it amounts to generalities and not specifics. For example you said "why are you guys so reckless?" "Have you looked at anyone other than me?" well there's your chance to name names if you feel that strongly. To be honest I'm not sure what I would expect you to say, and certainly think there's precious little to form reads in 2 pages, but the approach you took here isn't it.I'll give you a moment to let that sink in- ActionDan

There's nothing to gain and yet nothing to lose really from rushing. The stigma is related to people that vote fast / quick hammer without solid reasons for doing so.In post 85, Nancy Drew 39 wrote:If you are this sure; then once again; what is there to gain fromthe rush? I’m not expectinh it to translate here; I was just stating a fact.
I honestly don’t care anymore. I don’t wznt to be in yhis gzme znymore. I zm too upst to czre at this point.
If you weren't expecting that fact to carry some weight you wouldn't have brought it up. You are obviously appealing to our sympathies to halt the lynch as best you can.

My advice: Don't take lynches personally, or invest too much emotion in them. I mean we all do to an extent but it's best to moderate our expectations of ourselves and the players at large. Just learn from this one.I'll give you a moment to let that sink in- ActionDan

It's rare his brand of intransigence after earning the stink eye from almost everyone in thread (ignoring correlations) comes from scum.
unrelated, @brass, if you can't understand a even a single of those reads my desire to explain any to all of them dissipates completely.I'll give you a moment to let that sink in- ActionDan

post 204 is as town as it gets, and is the sole basis of my tywin read. I need no other.
I am assuming in general scum don't act that way. I think it's possible, sure, but I'd be surprised.
SC's 290 basically mirrored my thoughts, and it's phrasing + the thinking isn't easy to fake as scum imo.
Wisdom was town from page 2 onwards. I mean probably. I don't have significant doubts yet.
Nancy is shrug. I don't see any particular emanations of towniness coming from anything non ATE related and see the initial reaction as a scum one still.
Eddie's ISO looks completely like scum to me.I'll give you a moment to let that sink in- ActionDan

I think 340 is an excellent example of a post being devoid of critical thinking. It's a trait that's present throughout pretty much each non-ATE post so far.
I'd like to hear what in particular Wisdom/Kokichi find town in Eddie's ISOI'll give you a moment to let that sink in- ActionDan

Well you've thrown together a bunch of observations about me together. And you've presented them in a way that looks like an attempt to formulate a case. But in doing so you've gone from "odd behavior" => "scum behavior".In post 345, Nancy Drew 39 wrote:
I’m sure that this has absolutely nothing with 340 being about you, right? XDIn post 342, ActionDan wrote:I think 340 is an excellent example of a post being devoid of critical thinking. It's a trait that's present throughout pretty much each non-ATE post so far.

The backbone of which is your insistence that what sympathy I offered you on page 4 was fake. I think it's pretty weird that you've never felt sympathy for scum before especially in a circumstance like that wherein they get caught within the first couple pages and get wagoned. I suppose I might be able to chalk that up to your inexperience with playing scum and the rigors it entails at times that lead you to such a myopic viewpoint. Even so, I do think that even had you never once felt an ounce of empathy for scum in games you were town in, you should be capable of seeing why I or anyone one might feel bad if you got wagoned in a game right after you played in a Drealmerz game. I can't help but think you willfully are ignoring that part.
As for your other observations, they remain observations without any specific inferences to describe how the word "contradictory" applies to them.
e.g.,
MIA during Eevee lynch — I lurked through that + most of my other games, for a host of reasons, that's neither scummy nor contradictory.
No comments even now about Eevee's mislynch — I looked at it but I didn't feel the need to comment on it, nor do I still. I'm not alone there but you slipped that in. Surely that wouldn't be a point against anyone else, or was there a reason you thought or expected I in particular should have commented on it in tandem with or instead of what I have posted so far?
Sudden Superaggresive push on Eddie — Do you find Eddie town? Do you have a reason you think me scum reading Eddie is scummy? I get the feeling that if you did you wouldn't have hesitated to say so.I'll give you a moment to let that sink in- ActionDan

I actually think the opposite, were this true.In post 349, Tywin Lannister wrote:If Zito is scum, I will be assuming ND is a partner.
Zito scum => ND town.
If ND is scum the vote on Zito looks about the same level as reactionary as the vote on me based on post 129. i.e. similar treatment and similar tone suggests she's reacting to the same alignment.I'll give you a moment to let that sink in- ActionDan
