I hadn't thought about not partitioning everyone (ex. 1-1-1). That merits some thought.

I'll lpok again this morning...but last night I couldn't find a previous partition game. If anyone knows of one please link it.

I liked your new color better than black...I hate these purple PTs. If there was a way to default to a different color in this theme I would...just not too interested in changing color each time I post.

I misinterpreted the 1-1-1 as suggesting we could just place 1 individual in each partition. You were referring to 1-1-1 only in regards to our scum dispersement though...yes? So we do have to sort everyone within one partition or the other (I should read the game OP again).

What was your thought process on the groupings you suggested?

Are there players who as town are going to be considered too valuable (or popular) to sacrifice a group they are in? If so...we might be able to have 2 scum in their group. NSG? Eddie? Wisdom?

Are there players who regardless of their alignment tend to be popular lynches or come across as scummy (ex: Kokichi according to Wisdom)?

Zmuff...that role. The fact you have to announce it to the game when you use it and the vote resets kind of sucks. Would be much nicer if the vote did not change. Kind of a get out of jail free card. If you think you can sell it as a town aligned role it might be worth claiming. idk....

iirc Eddie and NSG have a tendency to scum read me. I could be wrong...but that seems to be my recollection so being in a group with them could help me.

It would be nice not to lose one of our number D1.

How about we all join a group of 5 (3 scum...2 town) and see how that plays out. If we populate our group of 5 with 2 players who are less likely to be lynched D1 we should have a decent chance at steering the D1 vote towards one of the other groups. Especially if one of them has more lynchbaity players in it. Worst case...if we start to look like our group is in trouble...you can pull out the SWITCH and the vote resets.

Or maybe 4;1, 4;2, 5;0 and populate the 5 with one or two lynchbaits. Town would be sure to think the 5;0 had at least 1...if not 2 scum in it. Which...on that note...maybe the all 3 in a group idea isn't so good.

Another thing to consider is that we do not need a majority for a group to be lynched. We need to pay attention to which groups are leading the votes and who reached their vote total first. A strategic unvote / vote might allow us to effect a group getting lynched without even voting for them.

I think you should come up with another name for your role that doesn't mentioned bodysnatcher. No way does town believe it has a role called bodysnatcher. Since all you have to do to use your role is announce a switch...we should come up with a more townish role name for you that does the same function (i.e. doing a switch).

Maybe a one shot town Switch? Or one shot town Martyr who saves someone deemed really town. IDK...I'm just thinking out loud. It might be a shit idea....or it might have merit.

But I could see your role coming in handy if you were in a group about to be lynched. Or to WIFOM or not as well.

for example, put myself in a group with 2 lynchbait players, go "yeah, fuck this shit, scum obviously want me dead today", switch for another generally agreed scum player (or gambit here and switch with one of you) and then lynch that group

1. I don't like dying so I will not support your DV crusade if I am in his group.
2. Switch BuJaber with NSG and I will be good with the groups.
3. So you and Koki are insistent on us losing someone D1? That's weak. At least consider 2-1-0 before the groups go final.
4. Whichever group has the least likelihood of being eliminated will the the most likely considered as having the scum PR....food for thought.

So looking over the post lynch landscape I think all three of us are in trouble.

I'm in trouble for terrible reasoning. Not fair...not at all. My primary detractors are DV annnnnnnd Wisdom. And possibly Eddie. NSG is a big question mark since she was so absent D1.

Koki...you will be in big trouble because your claim result along with the outcome of the G3 lynch will mean either you are lying...or that Wisdom or BuJaber are scum. BuJaber I think would be a tough one to convince town...but Wisdom as scum might be something we can sell. If we want that to be the end result we should put Wisdom in with other highly regarded townies to WIFOM that scum are trying to protect him.

zMuffin will be highly suspect, IMO, because of his claim (and Cakez' similar claim being from a townie). I can't recall who else would be likely to push zMuff scum besides Wisdom (and me)...perhaps zMuff can elaborate.

So if we kill tonight (TBD) that would leave us with 8 remaining players. That gives us a 3-3-2 or a 4-2-2. I do not think having any distros would be wise.

If we don't kill we have the option of 3-3-3 or 4-3-2.

I think distro's that have the most per group are best to maximize loss of townies. And if we can agree on a NK I think we should do that as well.

I think we should kill Eddie. He can be a pain...he will suspect Wisdom I think...and miiiight be a pr. Assuming we do kill Eddie, here is the groupins I would suggest:

Group 2:

Wisdom is in G1 with 2 widely held townreads for his protection. (WIFOM)
I'm lone scum in G2 with another widely suspected player as obvious bait for town to lynch. If we were both town and lynched scum wins.
G3 is a risk with both zMuff and Koki. Both with claims that could still possibly be town. And we could sell G1 as the lynch to get 100% confirmation on Koki's role. And while zMuff has some suspicion his way...he cooould be town and is it worth it to kill the "cop" and a highly regarded, albeit absent to this point, NSG?

Even if all of G1 votes G3....I don't know if they will have enough votes to make it matter (depending on whether NSG would self vote or what RMOJ would do).

So if we kill tonight (which I think we should) we win if we can get an all town group of 2 or more lynched.

So 2-4-2 or 2-3-3 with only two of the groups containing scum.  And the non-scum group being lynched.

If we split things 1-1-1 we have zero chance of winning today.

I think the people under the most heat tomorrow will be Wisdom, zMuff, me (for wtf reasoning), and Koki.

I'm not sure where the consensus stand atm on RMOJ.  I think he would be a frontrunner for suspicion as well.

So Wisdom, zMuff, me (for wtf reasoning), RMOJ and Koki.

That leaves generally viewed as town BuJaber, DV (for wtf reasoning) and perhaps NSG???  Though her absence from the thread could work against her.  I think most consider her town though (for wtf reasoning).

I think a group that contains 2-3 strong scumreads is going to be too tempting for town to lynch and they will be afraid to bite with the game on the line.

I think a group of two strong townreads with one strong scumread will get consideration for the lynch because if say the group has two strong townreads and one scumread....town won't mind lynching the group if they feel confident there is at least one scum in it because the game would not be over (unless of course the strong scumread is in fact town).

I really think a group of Wisdom, DV and Bujaber is going to be too difficult to pass up for the lynch.

Do you guys think a group of two with both of you in it would be lynched?  That would be a lot of lynch wifom that might scare the town out of voting you.  Only thing is...that would leave a group of fitz/RMOJ/NSG which I could see getting lynched.  :/

I still like my initial grouping suggestion I think.

I think Eddie should go because we tend to think he might be a PR. Plus he said elsewhere on site that he is site flaking so we might be in line for another player w know even less about's intentions. If Eddie IS a pr it does us no good to try and guess what he might do when we don't know wth his potential pr might be in the first place. Better to eliminate the unknown IMO. Plus...a DV nk would point square at me....even if his reason for suspecting me is shit.
