What if some mafia's don't care if they are caught? We know there are bad towns, so it stands to reason that we'll run into mafias who don't put any effort into their role. If you look at Koki's mafiascum life, he is overwhelmingly active. It's easy to speculate that he's not reading anything here in depth, or trying to solve the game. It's a little bit of a stretch, but I think he's taking a lead from his team (that lead being vote profii), and just running that, not caring how things turn out.

People questioning me why I don't have null reads: To me almost everyone is close to null. When I'm playing with sorting people, they are still negligibly a few percent from the null-point. I keep that standing to stop myself from deadlocking on a read and becoming disappointed.

However, I thing Koki is more than negligibly scum. The chances of him flipping red to me is much higher. Not only because of my previous game, but after some meta-diving and getting into koki's head. He's mafia, and he doesn't fear being caught. I don't think he likes this game that much.

Well, I think Koki looks like a townie that wants to play with mates from older games (#295 and #329). It is also extraordinary scum stil not to care about what other people think of you / wheter you help your team (same exampels). Even if my first evaluation of his play is propably wrong, I think it is very likely that Koki flips town.

It's very hard to get reads from the koki wagon. Maybe a very slight Chill town lean... but there are lots of things that need back ground informations about the players style.

He was also really hard to put up with, and him and I had a blow out. Fights are uncomfortable, even if it isn't face-to face. It also makes the game awkward. He ended up being mafia.

Question for y'all. I don't get why Profii would target Tchill. Profii seemed pretty convinced Tchill was scum, so that would mean Profii would have a pretty good feeling he would die by targeting him. Is that common practice for a weak role? I don't know what else Profii could have meant but it doesn't seem like a logical choice to me.

I had a strong Una!town gut when he talked about his tchill read on D2. I think he honestly was proud, because he was doing very well to read him early in the game. You can fake reads, but it is much more difficult to fake emotions.

SIV a "weak" modifier on a role means if it targets scum, it dies. Fruit vendor does nothing but their target gets a pm saying that they received a piece of fruit that night.

A soft guilty means you have role related reasons to believe someone is scum but it's not 100% certain.

For example if you're playing a setup with a vigilante and only one bulletproof role (which belongs to the mafia):

if the vig shoots someone and they don't die, they have a "soft guilty" because occam's razor suggests that they shot the bulletproof scum role.

soft guilties CAN be incorrect but occam's razor tends to cut in their favour
