{ROUND 10 TEAM CHALLENGE}

Jigsawdoku

Hi xof this was a challenge in The Void <3

Oh wow, thanks CC, what would I do without you and your remembrance of the challenges you've run in your own games before? You're amazing and the best mod, wow.

RulesI told Mina there would be no jigsaw puzzles in this game, and I sort of lied. This is a jigsaw puzzle of a sudoku grid with all the numbers already filled in, and your team will have to split off into pairs to each attempt the same puzzle.

This challenge is semi-live, and you'll compete whenever both members of your pair are ready. When you're ready to begin, you'll be given a link to a Google Drawing, such as this one. In the drawing, there will be 27 puzzle pieces, each made up of 3 sudoku number blocks. Some blocks will be blue and some will be orange; adjacent 3x3 sections will contain blocks of different colors. For example, the top left 3x3 section of numbers will all be blue, and the 3x3 sections to the right and below will both be orange. It is your task to assemble all the puzzle pieces so that they form a 9x9 grid in which no row has any repeating numbers, no column has any repeating numbers, and no 3x3 colored section has any repeating numbers. You are not allowed to ungroup or rotate any puzzle piece, nor can you change the number within a block. The mods will be watching.

No outside sources are allowed for this challenge. You cannot discuss strategy for the challenge with anyone aside from who you're paired up with, and you cannot disclose details about the challenge to your other teammates after completion. All pairs will be attempting the same puzzle.

After all pairs have gone, the pairs on each team will have their completion times averaged together. The team with the fastest average time will win safety from elimination, and all of its members will be
competing in the final challenge.
This will be the last elimination before the final.

Since
Fire & Brimstone
has an odd number of players, one of its members won't be part of a pair. Everyone has
(expired on 2019-01-12 17:35:24)
to determine their pairs and complete the challenge.
