Yeah this has not been a good game for me.

RC: If he "knew" CoA and Morality were both town then it makes sense for him to change wagons late. If CoA dies anyways then he's off a "town" lynch, killed a strong player who hadn't really gotten going yet, and he can rage about people not following him onto Morality. If people followed onto Morailty then he gets a lynch on one of his biggest opponents and I think he has the confidence that it wouldn't come back to bite him. Either way he gets reactions like 2574. There's also a possibility that he somehow got tipped off to CoA being traitor in which case it makes even more sense to try for a shift onto Morality. He was a dominant force D1 and I frankly don't believe that town!RC would be so wrong about a game he was so heavily invested in. Maybe that's a dumb way to read him but I feel it. I'm also inclined to follow Creature's call.

Vedith/Ank: I buy into the idea that there's a scum put into the hood with the traitor. I haven't seen a reason to townread vedith so there's some additional PoE without considering the hood makeup. It also pings me a little that Ank didn't mention creature's death reads.

YS: RC connection and I think he's been in his scum range here. His focus on scumreading lurking and lack of contribution but then not scumreading me until today (I think?) sets off alarms.

Vork: An "I'm extremely off course" PoE longshot

You and Morality are never scum with RC. I agree that Morality was the likely target for RCE. SS could be scum I guess but I don't think she'd so blatantly link with RC as partners? And in a world with scum!vork I don't think they're partners either. I also feel similarly about her reaction to the modkill events.

You've put forward a hypothetical scenario as a case. I agree, if RC was doing that it would look pretty bad. Can you point to where you think he is doing that?

Is that not what happened end of day 1? He had lock-scum on CoA, unvoted because he was mad nobody was listening, then the wagon picked up, then he hard objected to lynching CoA, and then he went onto BnH and then Morality. I think that's the accurate path of his wagon shift

I hate it when you get pinged because you DON'T scumread someone. I mean how are you supposed to respond to that? The fact is that there were other fish to fry at the time. It doesn't mean I didn't think you were scummy.

It's not acceptable, you're right, but there are always going to be people who start out wanting to play and end up disengaged for whatever reason. I kept thinking I'd get back into it so I didn't replace out, another mistake, but it snowballed and here we are

But yeah, responsibility falls on the player to get involved or get out. When that doesn't happen I think town can try to deal with it either by directing more engagement to that player or lynching in the worst case scenario.

Anyways, back to waiting on yellowslot I guess
