Mafia Informed //You are informed of the existence of a Bulletproof Innocent Child
Mafia Goon
Mafia Goon
Town Mason
Town Mason
Town Detective
Town Bulletproof Innocent Child
VT * 6
Was considering changing a goon to an odd-night vanilla cop.

Is this a d1 innocent child or a confirm-upon-request innocent child? I believe both are legal right now.
I think this is likely very townsided as is. BP IC is a very powerful role, masons compound its power if they make it to the late game.

Agreed; I might pass it without the detective tho, because that'd be ALMOST a masonx3, with the addition of one mason being bulletproof.
That setup mayyyyyy err slightly on the scumsided end tho, because masonx3 vs. goonx3 is balanced as an open but scumsided as a closed, with here the scum having an edge on information.
Maybe if you gate the detective to even-night and do give the scum that vanilla cop?
As in:
Mafia Informed (BP IC exists)
Odd-night vanilla cop
Goon
Mason
Mason
Even-night detective
BP IC
VT x6
This looks more or less fair to me.

D1 innocent child was what I preferred, wasn't sure if it was legal and so designed the setup with upon-request in mind. If they're both legal I'd rather go for the former.
The BP IC was the basis for the setup along with trying to make something with as little amount of swing as possible.
Do you believe a better solution is to decrease town power or to give scum a role to compensate?
P-edit reading that in a second.

If implosion's also okay with it, then would just need the role PMs then.

Spoiler: Role PMs

I guess I should specify daytalk enabled in the Role PMs.

If it's a d1 reveal then it's a nitpick but i'd prefer that the scum information be "you are informed that X is a bulletproof innocent child" just so that there's no ambiguity that it's a
different
innocent child.
This is probably fine.

So, I'm using your ruleset, nsg. I should modify the line about mafia daytalk to "The Mafia private thread will remain open during the day" right? Just want to make sure I'm not messing something up.

i'd specify "all private threads will remain open during the day", the mason thread should stay open as well
