Just pretend RC's a nobody, some newbie who doesn't know how to actually scumhunt and if he's voting you it's sheer luck, not actual skill.

RC might push me. If he pushes me, it's not because he's actually going to lynch me. I'm pretty sure on this.

Don't push RC imo -- we want paragons to select him. Let RC decide to lynch Sau or U2. That's what we want to happen. It's probably Sau because U2's going to obvtown himself and Sau's going to lurk.

I don't think you should townread RC though. Keep him open as a mislynch.

Sau might vote him, in which case I'm down to quickhammer.

I think with the nature of this setup, we have to be very careful about having any interactions that look like SvS. So since you've been shading us ("I'm ready to lynch the hydra"), do you think we should have you as a townread? It might look suspicious if we mutually have each other as scumreads. Like we are white flag gambiting, which RC seems to expect might happen.

I don't know, but maybe we both come out looking townier if you are "mildly" scumreading us and we are townreading you, and you eventually come to scumread someone else more than us.

Don't worry too much about whether you're townreading or scumreading me. What you want is to read me naturally as you would as if I was actually a townie and you were a townie as well. This doesn't necessarily mean you'd townread me.

You both have prior experience with me that you're unaware of. I was Suka in that Jester game. Try to think about how you felt sorting me there maybe and then apply that to my play here.

We'll craft up some spicy long walls of analysis and have you post them, while I'm the inquisitive towny looking game solver.

Shoshin I'm gonna ask RC why he reacted the way he did when these kinda reaction tests / fake pushes are absolutely expected from town!Shoshin.

Never played with him beyond an ongoing one unless alts - one Marathon game he gamethrew by claiming scum.

On another note, I'm kinda annoyed at how he makes everything about himself ("scum strategy is to mislynch me") blah, how would he react if I made a post saying that?

Gah, to be honest I wasn't expecting this game to start so soon lol. May not be able to post in the game thread till tomorrow, had a very long day at work and I don't think I can do one of my "really towny looking analysis" posts right now. But let's at least start planning anyways.

So Auro you want to start posting in the thread, and then we can start working on some fake analysis and fake conversations between us to post into the thread? It might actually be better if you start posting first so people start to get those initial town vibes from you, then I will start to jump in.

@mod, Are Auro and I allowed to post conversations between ourselves from Discord into the main game thread? We would make sure there are no timestamps or links to our Discord channel in the logs we would post, but I was just wondering if that is allowed at all in the first place.

By the way this is still really scary going up against RC lol.

I've never gotten townread as scum by RC, so I don't know. But in our newbie game together where we were both town, he did have me as his second-strongest townread....... but then again I was town .

I'll just try to play as naturally as I can, don't know if I can deceive RC though.

I think he always does that, he did that in the Newbie game we played together recently as well.
