6. Provable randomness

   - is forbidden. Breadcrumbing is okay.
   
8. Confirmation
   - You have about 48 hours to confirm your role and your alignment by PM. Game will start sooner if everyone confirms. Posting in a private topic counts as confirmation.
   
9. Days
   - Days last about 10 days. Extensions may be granted if there are replacements.
   
10. Activity
    - You must post at least once every 48 hours or I will Prod you. You then have 24 hours to post in the game thread or I will replace you. If you need to be absent for longer than this, you should declare

11. Prodging
    - A naked "prod dodge" does not reset the prod timer. To avoid being prodded/replaced for inactivity, include some game advancing content in your prodges, such as "got prodded; xxxx is still scum."

15. Vote Counts
    - I try to maintain a 2x a day schedule around 8:30AM EST and 8:30PM EST, I will inform you if I will miss one, and usually skip either the morning or evening one if there are no vote changes in that time and not much comments.
    
16. Lynching
    - Days end early when a simple majority of players (50% of living players + 1 rounded down) vote to lynch somebody. If a majority is not reached at deadline or if a majority of the players vote for no lynch, the day will end without a lynch. At evens, 50% is sufficient for no lynch.
    
17. Twilight
    - Begins when a majority is reached and lasts until I lock the thread. You're still alive until I flip you so you can talk in any game threads you have access to until then, but no votes or unvotes will be counted.
    
18. Night
    - Night lasts about 48 hours.
    
19. Action submissions
    - You may submit actions via PM (if town) or PT (if scum). If the actions are not submitted by the deadline then you do nothing that night unless you're scum in which case I'll use an algorithm to determine a fallback kill for you because inactivity nokills are lame. You can change your mind as many times as you like before the deadline.
    
20. Reminders
    - If I don't hear from you about your night actions, I'll PM you 24 hours before the deadline. This doesn't count as a prod. If I still don't hear from you, you will take no action (with the exception of the scum factional kill).
    
21. Vote Counts
    - I will post a vote count as necessary twice a day, generally at 7 am and 8 pm Eastern Time. You may post "unofficial vote counts" provided they are clearly labelled as such.
    
22. Backseat Modding
    - Don't do it, it just annoys me, if I miss a prod, tell me, but otherwise, let me do my job, you focus on playing the game.
    
23. Play to Win
    - and have fun!
    
24. Breaking the Rules
    If you break the rules, I will mod kill you. If you are town, this ends the day, if you are mafia, the day will continue. So don't break the rules.

The Plot So Far

The town of Bhargleton has been threatened by two dragons warring over the area. One a red dragon, with the powers of fire, the other a white dragon, with ice powers. The town has appointed a 13 man council to decide on what to do, with a unanimous vote needed. U[on an anonymous vote, 2 supported giving the town to the red dragon, two supported the white dragon, the other 9 wanted to get rid of all of them.

Your council now holds the fate of Bhargleton in its hands, you must reach a unanimous decision. But, beware, the dragons have granted a small amount of their power to their followers. All hope is not lost, however, as the great god of Paeon has granted one of the town supporters with the power to counteract a dragon's powers.
