VOTE: Pretentious

Not really caring if his proposal makes sense, it just feels not genuine/staged. On one hand he thought about it after he got his role PM and suggests it here later, on the other hand he realizes just 1-2 minutes later after posting his fault with the Macho Cop mechanic. I don't buy that. Also I just hate WIFOM right at the beginning.

Exactly, hence my comment on the WIFOM part in case it was intentional. I am just really sensitive when it comes to shenanigans with PRs and thus not really thrilled by them. But I am starting to realize that stuff like that seems to be the norm here.

What was so bad about his vote? That he didn't follow-up on getting interactions with Shoshin? I think his vote on the MKM replacement slot right now is worse, but I think it is something that comes rather from town than scum considering his wizard vote got just approved by you after you critisized his Shoshin vote.
