Site sometimes double loads

Not a huge problem, but sometimes, the site loads twice. One copy of the MafiaScum home page appears on top of the other, and even my Site Chat appears twice.

I can easily resolve the problem by refreshing, but this is the only site that I've ever encountered this problem.
