Umm sorry just to add a few things here that you may or may not know as an inexperienced normal reviewer
1) Flavor is not allowed. Only mafia/werewolf flavor. Therefore a 'cult' is not allowed to be used in normal games.
2) Recruiters constitute unpredictable alignment shifts which are not only non-normal but are the realm of bastard modding. They have no place in mafiascum.org s normal games.
3) Lynch-proof is not an allowed modifier especially on a scum role.
2019 stats: Town WR 76.7%, overall WR 81.667%, 1 scum defeat involving a major mod error in lylo vs 8 scum wins.

its been all of three days but i guess thats still accurate, sorry about that. i think the addition of the doc is maybe actually a bit too much, interested in rcs thoughts
i dont want to be too overbearing in the design of your setup but i think a better direction to go in would be something that interacts in some unique way with the fact that scum are informed

How's this then? It may be too weak now, but I hadn't liked the vigilante in the setup; while I initially used it as a psychologist guilty, I felt like the setup didn't warrant one.
