Okay I might be off topic
I mean, the premise was to explain how the storm troopers came about. Even though they eventually weren’t clones. The clones were not not created to make an army of controllable soldiers. There was never any experimentation outside of that except for the Fett kid. Like how can you not want an opportunity to have Yoda fight Samuel L. Jackson? Like it's just such a missed opportunity. You have an entire movie about clones and you go like, the LEAST interesting route with the premise

I definitely see two getting more love than 1, and I follow that sentiment, but I never actually had Jar Jar hate. I was a kid so I never realized the bad bits of it until I grew up a bit. It still has some nostalgia pull for me, and I’ll forever love Darth Maul and that last battle.

You might not like the “sidetracked” nature of this but it’s important. This is a Star Wars themed game and I take Star Wars very seriously. For sure, I'm not AGAINST talking about Star Wars. I know that part of the fun of a theme game is bantering about the theme. But you have to also be playing the game.
In post 124, Dr Easy Bake wrote:If y’all dont like this, then the quickest way to get me to lay off the Star Wars talk (at least for the time being) is to get these lists to me. So far only Krazy, Vjörk and Xtoxm (once they answer me about the prequels) have obliged me.
Lol, bad behavior? You’re the only one who seems to have a problem with it. You’re starting to sound like the fun police. It’s early D1 in a STAR WARS THEMED GAME. I think it’s extremely relevant to find out everyone’s stance on the franchise. How is asking a question unacceptable? In post 130, Something_Smart wrote:The problem with that, DEB, is that I don't reward bad behavior.

And how is my request not trying to create information? The argument between us is the time waster, not the lists. In post 141, Something_Smart wrote:But why waste the time at all? This whole thing is just wasting time. If everyone just gave me a list we could move on. It’s one post. I shouldn’t have to simultaneously “play the game” and get lists, because this shouldn’t take up much game time. Just put down your list and we can get back to your regularly scheduled programming.
Yeah, there's a phase at the beginning of the game where there is no information. But the way we get out of that phase is just by trying to create information. That attempt, in itself, creates information.

Also, DEB, this discussion IS game-related. It's not a waste of time. In addition to hopefully helping you become a better player (and maybe helping me become more tolerant as well), it should be producing content off which we both can be read.
I mean we might not like it, but we can’t argue that it did exactly what they wanted it to.In post 150, Xtoxm wrote:yeah, after the generally poor reception of the prequels i can see why they did it - seems a bit extreme though. its like they couldnt think of any new ideas, so they were like "we KNOW this story is good, lets use it again!"

Because you're a new player, you're not necessarily bad. But you are necessarily inexperienced, and part of gaining experience is learning which playstyles are effective and which are not. In my experience, the way you're playing has not proven to be effective.

It's been fine so far, I'm just not doing normal games ever really. I had one bad game, which I actually had half figured out but no one would go along with me. The only thing I'm having a hard time with on this site is running into players that just won't let me be me. I've had multiple people (which you are now a part of) scrutinizing the way I play this game. It's not cool imo.
