Turmoil has engulfed the Boondom! The taxation of Boon
puns to outlying Boondom systems is in dispute.
Hoping to resolve the matter with a blockade of
deadly Boonie puns, the greedy Jingle Federation
has stopped all shipping to the small planet of NaBOON.
While the congress of the Boondom endlessly
debates this alarming chain of events, the Supreme Emperor

You can say anything as long as you aren't stating your opinions or the opinions of the players in the other games. When the hydra game comes along, you can say anything since everyone is in that game. Trying to really push the connectivity.

If the scum team has that as a factional ability, they can use it as it's mechanic not role.
