Save The Dragons wrote:VOTE: ADDAMAN for taking so long. I think we should just lynch him, and then everyone stays alive! Yay!
Spookylou wrote:This is going to be the slowest game ever so I unvote Flying Dutchman and vote for STD just cuz he has not voted.
Spookylou, he didn't officially vote only because he used the incorrect brackets. It's that I'm already voting for you, otherwise I would do so now!
Save The Dragons wrote:Umm...the only reason I haven't voted was because if I vote anyone besides Harry Mantilow then I will be the second vote and that might through a little suspicion on me. And I also saw no point in giving one vote to everyone in the game. I'm waiting until more evidence appears before I vote.
But this is very strange...... He DID try to vote, and at the time he voted 3 people didn't have a vote on them yet. Also, even if you put on a second vote, it doesn't get you lynched, it's necessary to keep the game going......

FOS: Save The Dragons
, for using CrapLogic tree times in the same post, to defend against a false accusation, which could easily be proven wrong. You're too defensive for my taste, dunno what to think of it yet.

spookylou wrote:What does FOS mean?
FOS = Finger of Suspicion. It is used to point out scummy actions, and they are mostly used if a vote is a bit too much, but you want to record some suspicion, or if you're already voting for an even more scummy looking person.

What?!

Not knowing what a FOS is, is scummy!?

FOS: Otaku
, untill you explain this.

And let me point to Morpheus now. He hasn't even posted 50 words in the entire game, and let's see how useful they were:
Morpheus wrote: vote StD

Nothing wrong here, unless you count marking a random vote not that way as a crime. (There are people on this site (Like MeMe), who never mark a vote random, although they almost always are, but when I don't put "Random" for a vote, I'm either drunk or it means something (Mostly the latter :))

Next, Morpheus wrote:What?!? You are calling me suspicous for placing a random vote on someone? Random means no reason! Many people do it in the beginning.
Harry Manilow wrote:I'm going to jump on the "voting entirely at random" bandwagon and
Vote: Morpheus

Talk about being a hypocrit!

And StD you put a second vote on someone as a OMGUS vote. Vote Definatly Stays!
This is overreacting, and it can either be a normal sign of anger (duh!), or a sign of scumminess. Mafia members often try to defend against all accusations, even if that's not needed, just to keep their name as clean as possible.
Morpheus wrote:
Morpheus wrote:You are calling me suspicous for placing a random vote on someone?
Wow.
This is left as his most helpfull comment................

Mostly because of this all, and partly because we need a bandwagon as we're deadlined,

Unvote: Spookylou
Vote: Morpheus

A deadline means the town gets no real chance to find out who's scum, and almost always results in an almost random lynch, because there's no time to bandwagon, get a claim, and move on. This is usually bad for the town, and although deadlines are necessary almost every game, asking for them is usually not a good sign.

This is all empty reasoning, anyone casting the deciding vote at this time, will look majorly scummy, scum won't take that risk, and you all know it. I'm not planning to unvote Morpheus, however, unless he posts something useful............

nonny wrote:I'm highly suspecting spooky and dutch right now, more so spooky. It is ussually curtious to allow everyone to comment on that manner the way you went about it is very scummy and rude. I personally didn't find morp suspicous but to late now.
I don't like the way you try to divert attention here, that we voted him doesn't make us scum, and your "I actually thought he wasn't scummy, but was just a bit late with that" doesn't make you innocent at all, you wouldn't have said that if he was scum. We weren't discussing any more, and the last vote was put up 6 whole days after mine, so you had a LOT of time to post something in his defence, and you didn't. When no-one seems to disagree, and Morpheus doesn't defend himself at all, Spookylou puts up the last vote, there's not much scummy about that........

Vote: Nonny
, for trying to make herself look innocent for not voting, and blaming Spookylou for putting up a lynching vote when we're finished discussing.
Spookylou wrote:
Save The Dragons wrote: I agree that Spooky throwing the last vote does seem a little suspicious.

Why do I seem suspicious though?

Because you think I am suspicious.
Ah, we're playing it that way? We're in a game without masons, so no-one can trust anyone (With masons that goes up as well in advanced games, but that's another story). So everybody is suspicious, but what you're saying is: "You think I'm scum, and I don't like that, so I think the same of you!". A weird way of taking revenge. and nothing more than CrapLogic.

FOS: Spookylou

Two other players left, Save the Dragons and Harry Manilow. I reread their posts, not much analysis and stuff, but not much scummy either. Some more of the first would be appreciated, some more of the second only if you're really scum.

I only prod players in-game when I'm still waiting for something that could've been posted reasonably more than 2 days ago, or something like that. In this case I was prodding Morpheus on a moment I got convinced he was actually avoiding to post here, because he had no valid defence, and he hoped to escape with lurking.

LOL, two townies who knew who were scum, and still you give us such an easy win?

Some thougths on the play:
- Save the Dragons, when you're a cop and you get in a situation, that a wrong lynch is deadly for the town (like now), it's better to come out, and reveal your result, even if it's innocent.
- Harry Manilow, I tried to cover you as good as possible, but you were a bit too much lurking imho.

Please remember that in this situation an innocent voting for another is deadly if the mafia gets online at the right time. Save the Dragons, it was best to wait with your vote. If I wasn't scum, I wouldn't have voted, but as scum I tried to lure you into following me, and vote, and it worked :)

Good game!
