Newbie 1966: History [GAME OVER]

It's either between ETL and Radiant just seeming to take the piss out of each other or Jake and Jocus fighting each other. And all of it just seems to be "I didn't like you in other games so I don't like you now." Heck, someone even made a claim already, and that's super cool.

Normally, I'd want to look at people's votes and see what's going on, but 4 of these votes just seem to be hate votes so I'm not sure what to Analyze.

But do you know what I think? Both RtC and ETL are town. They just both really, really don't like each other, like some type of "You're both neighbors, but you hate each other. We might as well call this a Home owners association."

Also, if ETL is towncop the other option for the open setup is... goon. Yeah, you're either dead or roleblocked, so that was an incredibly pointless claim.

I also finally caught up to what the heck is going on -- and before jake accuses of me being extremely low post count, I want to comment on the fact there's a vast majority of people who seem to want make every though and phrase into a new post rather than collecting it all at once. Hell, page 12 is almost literally one person posting. Hell, after page 14 everything kind of devolved into madness.

Now, with that out of the way

I think Jocus is Scum. His MUCH earlier posts within the first 10 pages are pretty evident of it, and while I do appreciate Jake for not getting a quick Lynch onto it, I think he's probably the highest person.

Etl, if for some reason you're not dead or useless, I think the next person you'd want to check is Yimmy. A lot of his collective posts are strange to me, but not in the contradiction sense, but more as a "Pushing a bandwagon". Biggest example I can give is the entire push on MC back on page 6.

I've come to hate the EC role. I'm not learning anything about the meta from any of the games I've been in, but at least the other EC I talked too kinda guided how the process was

You, on the other hand, have done a complete page of spam and a fight with EtL that made them claim their power role, and I realize form that, its why the doctor role and roleblocker role can be infered.

Hell, your entire game method has been "Shut up, I'm good, follow my lead." Like, fuck you and fuck 729. What on earth are you hoping I contribute? After page 14 when I subbed in, a lot of the posting has been banality over nothing -- heck, page 15-17 is super egregious about it, and even 405 annoys me, since it's the same thing. "I am so glad you can tell me what to do." You've never at any point actually said what you want as a contribution. None of anyone writing comes off as 'scum-reads', and even reading the mafia newbie page guiude on how to identify it doesn't come off as anything. People can reasonably assume, with ETL claiming to be the Cop, what the layout of the roll is, and if there is a RB, then its cop and doctor -- which is a safe assumption.

Because you don't talk to people. You just irritate them and tell them what to fucking do. You're right I haven't contributed much, but I made an entry post when I got here about my view, and I looked it over.

, appearantly my 'argument' which you so neatly summed up in 742 was actually met by this amazing, stunning counter-post of 535. Of course I didn't contribute much. I had my decision and I was sticking to it, since I made my reasoning. The death tunelling before he went replacement mode, alongside the whole "I want this scumread off me" was what piqued my interest. I can see the other view of him doing that because a death-tunnel at day 1 is incredibly stupid, but the way he acted and played came off as scum.

I dont know if it's a playerlist thing or if a style thing, I can't even notice the combatitiveness in you that EtL mentions, or whatever comparison Loser made about BBmolla, since I dont know who any of these people are. However, should meshing with people be a requirement for playing a forum game? Are they only really fun if people you click with play? Doesn't that just beat the purpose of finding tells or discussing anything? Posting a lot and asking a lot of questions seems useful, but, as I've mentioned before, 90% of the questions and tells so far just seem... asinine. I've been trying to catch up with this Dunn vote -- hell, as far as I can frikkin tell, it starts at 712 where it's literally just "If he's telling people not to sheep, we should lynch him". Hell, to answer that question, Radiant, that you asked -- because someone slipped up there's a Cop. The only two setups that allow a cop is either Mafia Goon or Mafia Roleblocker, and the more dangerous (and wiser decision) is their is a roleblocker.

My actual scum is back on Loser or so. They haven't said much, they seem to be the most obvious choice.

Anyways, to answer your question on Yimmy, 130 is strange to me. IT comes in the middle of a massive bandwagon that leads nowhere, as if he's trying to get two people lynched without coming off. I'd like to think he's scum as well, and while LoserDude reads as bigger scum since of posts like 720 towards 722.

My bet at the moment is Loser/Yimmy.

My issue with you thinking Loserdude is fine is I don't see _why_. Loserdude mostly posts within the 'butterspot' of the third or fourth voter, and leaves the actual hammer or bandwagon to someone else. You can see it in his vote history, he never leads, just follows, and a lot of his posts are neutral. You see it as "confusion" I see it as 'keeping your head down".

My issue with the Dunn vote is that it literally came out and got supported from nowhere. While I don't know if I agree with your view that a Dunn/Yimmy is one where yimmy would hammer Dunn, since optimally thats just bad. My view on this, is quite honestly, of the two bandwagons, Jake is the more likely scum. But of all people, I'd want Yimmy. We have 18 hours, and we need to decide quick. Yimmy rubs me more than Dunn, I apologize. I wont be hammering it anymore.

I'm actually jsut on board with the Yimmy vote at this point. Searching through this thread to his post history, a lot of his posts aren't necessarily voting or doing anything besides doing the most basic of questioining. 130 and 181 are indicative of this, where its just a paly by play of what people wrote, without actually making an analyization. Hell, he just parrots the idea Loser is scum in 468.

I feel like a lot of the contribution is less focused on one end, and more on misleading -- and if you do believe that both dunn or yim are mafia, we'd have to pick one. We've 15 hours to go, and we can't really argue more. Which of the two do you think it is?

Here's the thing Loserdude. The only thing I have, from post history, is the reason people were voting for Dunn either because he was quite, or because he was anti-sheep as posted on 752. Dunn's wagon makes no sense to me, and between Yimmy or Dunn, it's the weaker wagon to be part of. Unless there's another pressing reason I seemed to miss, but it only legit seems to be there because of not wanting everyone to follow RC.
