Hello everyone. Sorry that I forgot about this game. I have a feeling I can do well in this game and perhaps be more active D1 than in earlier ones.

I was actually thinking of voting for him anyway because of past games. And so what if he's at L-2? I wouldn't vote him if it'd put him at L-1, and there's nothing dangerous about L-2.

To be fair, I did quite a similar speculation in 1971 where I wrongly speculated on who was scum. I don't find it alignment indicating. I think chances are that scum would be more scared of doing this speculation, since it necessarily is risky.

I don't think GBJ is that scummy. Not much more than 1965, where he was town. In 1971, where he was scum, he had lots of bad posts, and also seemed scum based on what I in that game viewed as slips.

Really though? I skimmed through 1965 before and I didn’t think he was weird. Can you elaborate?

His posts can come off as low-effort especially with the start of sentences being lowercase (yeah I know). Typically has rather short and direct posts, which some might see as scummy.

Don't really like what is essentially an anti-town prod dodge in 223 from JV. Also Naery needs to just vote for whoever she feels is scum. Not voting (in early game) is often scummy behavior in my view.

Imho nice scum is more dangerous.

I don't like Saladman's posts. 575 comes off as defeatist, which I don't like. What is important is that we narrow down our lynch pool, so that we 1. Are unlikely to mislynch and 2. If we do mislynch, we have a decent situation tomorrow.

If we go purely by activity as a scumtell then Map Wolf is the scummiest by far. I could see scum!him looking at the gamestate and deciding to hide in the shadows by saying absolutely nothing of value, hoping town will forget about him.

It's kind of hard to say much of value if there isn't that much to comment on. To me there isn't anyone who appears scummy to me. It is also not the case that you can use the votes from D1 to deduce much, since there wasn't really a counterwagon on D1.

Thing is that this applies to most players alive. We don't need to "clear" a slot, we need to lynch scum in order to prevent LyLo.
