i doubt that many joats would get passed from a normalcy standpoint

Custom roles aren't allowed either. Please see Normal Guidelines for the specifics; all roles must be explicitly whitelisted.

Mafia Win Condition: You win if at least one member of your group is alive and all other players are dead (or if nothing can prevent the same).

It's better than your first two; I agree with that.
Anyway, I'm the secondary reviewer; thus, I do not have the power to pass your setup. You'll have to wait fir RadiantCowbells to look at it and make his decision.

Okay, so looking at role pms, here are my thoughts/comments:
1) The commuter role pm implies the player is forced to commute whenever possible. In most games, the commuter is allowed to choose if they want to commute or not.
2) The way you have implemented compulsive for the compulsive fruit vendor is not normal. The following is the correct rules regarding compulsive in normal games:
4) The informed odd night tracker role pm is fine, but you must determine ahead of time which vanilla townie it will be informed of. (i.e.: you can't decide after randing roles because the information is supposed to be nonrandom. I guess in practice, it may not be an issue since it does partially depend on how you rand roles.)
5) Will the Mafia JOAT flip with abilities shown or hidden? Both are fine, but you must decide ahead of time.
We also need to see your ruleset.

3) In addition to the above, you should explicitly state that their action is compulsive. (Likewise, when they flip, they should flip as "Town Compulsive Fruit Vendor", not "Town Fruit Vendor".)Normal Guidelines for Compulsive wrote:This modifier is considered Normal on mafiascum.net if the following rules are met: the role PM for a compulsive role must specify that the player with the role, when they confirm, must include an ordered list of all players in the game. If they ever fail to submit an action, their action must be resolved as targeting the first player on that list that is still alive. They are allowed to change the order of the list at any time, e.g. if they think they might accidentally fail to submit a night action. This is done to ensure that compulsive roles can have an action chosen non-randomly for them in the event that they fail to submit.

You'll need to repost your role pms.
Your ruleset looks something like this:
Your ruleset looks something like this:
You can use a different ruleset than the one I've quoted in this post, but we'll need to see what it is. Public setup information (e.g: daytalk, faction ratios, etc.) also normally go in the rules post if they are applicable.the worst wrote:

Rules look mostly fine. The only comment I have is you should only shorten nights if everyone (including VTs) send you a message requesting an accelerated night phase.
