  • All site-wide rules apply. Read and respect them.
    
  • There is no personal communication outside the forum postings (regarding this game) unless your role specifically allows it.
    
  • Do not quote your Role PM or any private communication (either real or fabricated) with the moderator, co-moderator, backup-moderator, or fellow players. Paraphrasing your Role PM is acceptable.
    
  • Be courteous and respectful to all your fellow players and the moderating team.
    
  • Play to your Win Condition.
• TWO: DAY PHASE
  • Each Day Phase shall have a 10 day deadline.
    
  • Daykills will reset the Votecount. Daykills made within 24 hours of the deadline will extend the deadline by 24 hours.
    
  • Votes must be in the format of VOTE: PlayerName or
    Vote: PlayerName
    , or they shall not be counted. Abbreviating someone's name is acceptable, so long as I can discern who you were voting for without trouble. If I think it should count as a vote, it will.
    
  • Unvoting is not required, but is much appreciated by the Hectic.
    
  • Once you have reached a simple majority (half of all living players plus one) that person's fate is sealed and they shall be lynched. Unvoting cannot change their fate.
    
  • A No Lynch can not occur. If no majority is reached by deadline, a plurality lynch (person with most votes) will occur at Day's end. In the event of a tie in votes, the player who was at the highest number of votes first will be lynched.
    
  • Once a player is lynched the game enters twilight until I arrive and post a death scene. All players may continue to post during Twilight.
    
  • Please post at least once every 48 hours. If you fail to do so, you will be prodded. If you fail to respond to said prod within 24 hours, you will be replaced.
    
  • If you get three or more prods, or fail to respond to a prod by posting in thread within 24 hours (or by PM if at Night), I will begin seeking for a replacement (this means the third prod functions like a notice that you are racing the search for your replacement.)
    
  • A deadline extension may or may not be granted; just ask.
    
  • Votes and Unvotes shall not count in Twilight.
• THREE: CAPITAL OFFENSES
  • Do not quote your Role PM or any private communication (either real or fabricated) with the moderator, co-moderator, or backup-moderator. Paraphrasing your Role PM is acceptable.

Checking in. First game on MS in years! Excited.

I was just getting attached to Benhalkum- reading his website and enjoying learning about his life- when I noticed he's replaced out of all of his mafiascum games. Now I know 12 year old meta isn't generally considered useful, I think we should all try to make this as fast paced as possible. I've already become pretty emotionally attached and I couldn't bear it if that happened again.

I have to admit not a big fan of this theme, pretty annoying I had to get the most boring role vanilla townie but I guess that's to be expected, not going to vote yet as I have no idea who the mafia could be.

Why claim vanilla townie so early?

Well not like it's an important role, and best to build up some trust instead of trying to hide my role and draw suspicion.

Yeah we have to make a effort to root out the Mafia here instead of just sitting here and doing nothing, though I advise any special townie roles not to reveal yourself, you'll become an easy target for the mafia come night that way.
