Setup Notes:

1. Roleblocker trumps jailkeeper as is typical in newbie setups.
2. A variant on this setup has been run before in the normal queue, although that was quite a few years ago. You can find the review thread here, and the actual run of the setup is here. (I believe balancing standards were a bit different back then than they are now hence why the voyeur/follower are now confirmed to each other. I'm still left thinking town could use a little more power in which case I'd probably just add a mason to the setup.)

there are a lot of town roless here but all of them seem not super strong, also a lot of the roles that get stronger when there are fewer mafia left. i would like to turn even jailkeeper into odd vanilla cop if you would entertain that

I think it's better to keep it as-is. Some nice symmetry exists in the town and mafia roles.
