He did the whole "Look at how super helpful I am being" entrance combined with the "you know there's totally scum in this neighborhood ... you REALIZE that right?" thing. For as long as I've been on this site, and probably before that, those two behaviors in a neighborhood have been super scum indicative.

I already claimed being neighbors with EJ (and the sasasaurusRex guy). Drixx is a neighbor with Black Ranger. Nero is in a 3rd hood (he's not in mine and he said he was not with Drixx either).

I already claimed being neighbors with EJ (and the sasasaurusRex guy). Drixx is a neighbor with Black Ranger. Nero is in a 3rd hood (he's not in mine and he said he was not with Drixx either).

Conclusion:

At least half the game is in one hood or another
