ok so my gunsmithless setup idea was:

Town Informed Backup Cop (informed that [player] is the Town Informed Backup Doctor)
Town Informed Backup Doctor (informed that [player] is the Town Informed Backup Cop)
Town Loud Visitor
4 VTs

Mafia Informed (informed that there are three informed roles in the game)
Mafia Goon
