Cakez tells me I have to post in the main thread.

I’m not so sure about that.

Hey guys, fuck off of me. I don't really play D1, and it's a shitty reason to suspect them. This isn't 2012 where LAL is all the rage. I have a consistent track record of being godawful shit when I tryhard D1, and a much better track record when I skip it and wait for the initial dumbfuckery to die down. I can provide numerous examples of this meta if need be.

Because Cakez is insisting that I provide content instead of just proddodging through D1, I will skim the last 5-10 pages and find a decent vote to put down.

This town has no idea what it's doing. We are basically going to be lynching at random today. You are as good a lynch as anyone else and there's no body of work to refer back to in future days, so two birds one stone if we lynch you.

Do you understand Pine? WE ARE IN BIG FUCKING TROUBLE. WE HAVE NO LEADS. NO CASES. NO BANDWAGONS.
This is why I hate current MafiaScum meta. It's all shitposting, little real content. I tune out the early game nonsense, then come in as a midgame hero.

You seem to be online right now. I have nothing scheduled for an hour or two - let's chat

==Quick and crappy readslist==

davesaz - Gut feeling of Town, posts seem genuine and motivated by a desire to get down to work and solve
Vecna vs Drixx - I'm leaning toward this being Town vs Scum, respectively. in particular struck me as disingenuous
ABR - Seems genuine? He's probably rusty, but this isn't outside his scumrange, so kinda null. +EV Town, perhaps
pisskop - Seems to be just dicking around, but in a good, relaxed way +EV Town
Vault Dweller - Seems to be just dicking around, but in a feigned, anxious way +EV scum
GuiltyLion - I don't have a strong opinion, but I don't like his reads all that much.
farside - reads so far seem to broadly line up with mine, so gets a D1 pass

Nothing worth mentioning on anyone else

A large theme is a significant investment. I don't even open the thread unless I have time to devote to it. In contrast, a smaller game (or one I'm invested in) I'll keep close track of. Similarly, discussion and Mish Mash are usually lower effort to keep track of.

The reaction drixx have towards venca reads over the top.
If you read the bm scum read he had he said somthing about bm coping what another player was doing as a scum tell.
Im on my phone so this part is from memory: i think bm said he was making a list just to have it. So the scum tell itself was pretty nonexistant.
Vernca pointed it out and drixx goes on a tangent that doesnt really add up given venca reaction.
In short i dont buy what drixx is selling.
This right here. Drixx is overcompensating - he reads as anxiously approximating how he ought to be reacting, and is overdoing it.

This is a complete and utter fabrication btw.

Last time I saw Pine try he had the game nearly solved day1 in his hood
What the hell are you talking about? The Search? That was a bizarre and off-meta game, where I was a Lyncher who suspected my target was scum, and one of the other scumteam literally outed himself to us in our neighborhood. Finding the third was trivial at that point.

Holy shit, that cherry-picking is disingenuous as fuck.

the search and the Bandit neighborhood

Penguin and I Townread one another, guessed (correctly) that one of our number was scum, then offered the scum a Faustian deal of helping him fulfill his secondary wincon if he would roll on his buddies. It worked, and we broke the game.

Vecna wasn’t in that game unless it was an alt, so I don’t know what he’s talking about. I usually regard neighborhoods with thinly-veiled contempt and largely ignore them - much as I’m doing with both of the hoods I’m in this game.

I got one scum and was wrong about the others, and kuribo did the heavy lifting on that. That's a pretty far cry from what you're talking about. Further, I lurked the shit out of that game because I despise D1. It actually kind of proves my point.

Okay, this settles my anxiety about you - you're not distorting the truth to make a false point, you're just misinterpreting the facts.

I'm very slightly +Town on GL, actually, as before.

Just because you've built a shitty bandwagon doesn't improve its quality. History and site meta shows that "any wagon just to have a lynch" hits Town in wildly disproportionate amounts. I don't have numbers, but anecdotally, it's like 80%. Those are shit odds - I'll stick with an actual scumread, however modest it is.

Six scumreads is just BEGGING for scum to throw one or two buddies into the mix and then push four or five wagons. It's not rational or productive, and I refuse to indulge the question further.

PE: If you don't scumread someone but would be good lynching them, then you're a detriment to the game and should be a D1 policy lynch. This is not Russian Roulette, and we are not penguins shoving each other around on the ice floe until one of us falls in to confirm that there's a leopard seal down there.

Also, it wasn't worth my time (or anyone else's) because of course I posted in them - I wouldn't be claiming it if others couldn't corroborate it. The fact that you've pushed your inane and frankly obvious question as if it were some sort of exposé or gotcha is evidence to me that you would very much like the spotlight to be on someone else.

For the record, I am part of the FBI neighborhood with at least two others, including one I have expressed suspicion of to the third person in the neighborhood, who I have a TR on.

However, I am also part of a neighborhood of Jigsaw Survivors. The picture in the OP is of the support group of survivors from (insert Saw movie I am too lazy to look up). There are three other members who have posted in that group, only one of whom I have a TR on at this point. One of the others is pretty meh, and the third I am having a hell of a time reading. I'll identify who I mean to the members of that group.

The different population numbers and the fact that SirCakez has not confirmed the membership of those groups makes me concerned that there might be a silent partner in the FBI group.

For the record, I am
Agent Lindsey Perez
, and while this is a crappy, washed-out picture, the shot that came with my role PM was the only decent one I could find in <30 seconds of Google image searching. I'd rather not repost that one as it is technically mod communication, though only the most heinous interpretation of the rules would take issue with it.

Image

I will neither confirm nor deny at this time whether I have any other attributes beyond dual neighborhood membership.
