Plus while I don’t wanna make the game Not Fun, I’m pretty sure “right” is correct just strategically in that there’s basically no way that if it’s in the right it’s gonna be like 86-91 or something and as we’re in the lead if it is “right” then we reduce the amount they can open up a gap on us by, whereas if it’s like 0 then by going “right” we just maintain our current lead

I can compromise to 75 quite happily
Idk I guess I just don’t think my approach would be thinking about the brightest and darkest things ever and then trying to pinpoint what would represent on that scale the number I had. I think I’d just go “hmm, very dark, kinda dark, middling, kinda bright, very bright” and then choose something that seemed to match with that from my mind — in this case “workshop lamp” matches to “pretty bright” but not “super bright” and so it skews a bit higher for me

I made an error in terms of thinking about fancy in terms of clothes. So I put “smart casual’ as just on the fancy side of 50, and then worked down from there, without thinking about how dark jeans without that context could seem, well, plainerIn post 829, Knightmare491 wrote:In terms of plain ness

So I think this is somewhere in the range of 60.

I am guessing this is to mean to be a general context and cheese is usually solid.
So LEFT?
But guys, the chart says cheese is like 85% liquidIn post 861, shiki wrote:left makes more sense to me. there does not seem to be any cheeses that are liquid at room temperature and the lowest melting point for any part of the cheese seems to be around 32 degrees for the dairy fat to begin melting.

before I confirm left -- my only thought for right was that cheese is something that can exist in multiple states and so maybe it was meant to be something just to the left side of the centre? like you can have melted cheese and cheese sauces which would be more liquid-y

I think we’re by default in the 0-50 range by giving an F1 driver as a clue, maybe even in the 10-40’ range? As it, there are a few things I can think of faster than F1 (fighter jet, rocket, bullet etc) but it’s definitely meant to give the idea of fast
Seeing as we only need two points, I’m inclined to say maybe we split the difference and go for like 25? In case greater precision throws us off by a slim margin in which case we’re probably losing

Yeah about 70 I’d say?
Jogging = more effort than walking or strolling or lounging, but less than running, sprinting
Kinda of steep is steeper than flat or mild incline, but less than steep
Semi-cold makes it slightly easier in reality imo, but it’s raining which is normally shitty to run in (personal opinion) so that makes it a bit harder
I guess the question is are all the things lightly more difficult to clue slightly above average, or is it meant to be a cumulative clue for like 80 or something as all these things add up to a lot of effort? I’m not sure, but splitting the difference at 70-75 seems good

Idk, I just think that because jogging is a form of physical exercise it skews it more towards right hand side than left
Like if sitting perfectly still is 0 then playing video games is like 10, walking is maybe 15, power walking is like 25?,
Huh actually as I pursue this chain of thought I see more what you mean

so I guess it turns out the fundamental problem was that auro had TOO MUCH knowledge of spice and was like clearly delineating between "used to be the spiciest" and "currently the spiciest" whereas for me it's all just the same as like "extremely extremely spicy"

I think this is, at its core, a question about how you view morality and redemption. I suppose also of identity.
If you truly believe deeply in that, then Vader is barely a villain because of the act at the end of his life which amounts to repentance.
There’s evidence for this in that he becomes a force ghost in the mythos — but this is where the question of identity comes in. Because it’s not truly *Vader* who returns as a force ghost, it’s Anakin. Fundamentally he is not the same person as he is when he’s Vader. Ani is the boy who fell in love with Padme in the sand dunes while acting as her bodyguard. He’s flawed, certainly — he’s still Anakin at the time when he massacres the sand people. Anakin is not a pure or wholly good person.
But by the time that he murders the younglings, I think he has become Darth Vader. He may still be using the name, but he’s de facto entered into his apprenticeship to Palpatine. In the duality of the character, evil has won, he’s become the villain who is Darth Vader and that interpretation is supported by almost all the actions we see from Vader during the original trilogy.
Vader/Anakin are two people contained within the same body. Anakin is the morally complex and conflicted one; Vader the one who has accepted evil and who can conduct acts unquestioningly. Vader is truly villainous, and for that reason we should go right.

Fwiw on a serious level I think this is more likely to be on an individual level, so how often the average person gets a new phone
Idk how often that /is/ mind, but I’d say like 20-30 sounds good, maybe more towards 30?
The thing that does kinda throw me off is it being common-unique rather than common-rare, so I can see the argument that given that the opposite pole is unique (stronger than rare) that pushes this down towards 20
How often do you guys get new phones? I would say I get one like every 2-3 years on average

I visited London about a year ago and Hectic took me to this very fancy schmancy bar. We drank an inexplicably large amount of booze and completely wrecked that place when they refused to serve us more after being just 45 drinks in.
When the cops visited us I vouched for my boy that we had never been to that bar despite overwhelming video evidence because that's just the sort of thing you do for your friends.
