He has changed his vote like 7 times in a matter of pages and while i haven't played with mohab before i think scum are much more cautious about vote swapping especially early game. Voting someone will get them to focus u. He is voting everywhere. He seems over-eager town trying to make stuff happen. Not scum trying to go whereever the wind takes him.
