Help a boomer scummer save another mafia community

TLDR: I'm part of another community whose existence is currently threatened by losing our forums. If someone is able to help us migrate to phpbb and implement the changes necessary to function similarly to scum (read: team chat functionality), our community would very graciously compensate for such assistance monetarily.
