I think reck mentioned, the timing of his rage in 51 felt off within the context of the game. and his readslist doesn't say a whole lot about his reads on anyone. That being said I don't think it's very likely agar is scumPorkens wrote:What have you hated about Agar?
I don't feel like giving myself a headache trying to read if it's all a scum act or a weird town gambit thing or some kind of trust tell and I'd much rather let it resolve somewhat before personally diving in. I will say though I felt violated the way he jumped on my naked bingle voteWhy are you ignoring clidd?
Bingle cannot generate content without some kind of mechanical or non-game-related crutch. their only game post was a fresh out of the ass critique of your freudposting that made no sense. Like they saw the post and said "I bet I can find something actionable here"Why are you voting for Bingle?- The Bulge

Besides 94, can you point me to any instances in your iso of substantive commentary or attempts to advance the game/your reads? (If you want a 'par for the course', I found 2 lines) While you're at it, maybe an instance of me choosing to not engage with you?In post 176, Bingle wrote:

Is this a reference to the fact that I put non game related information into my game related posts, or an accusation that none of my posts are game related? Is there a particular reason that you've chosen not to engage with me over any of my stated reads?
how difficult is it, do you think, to come up with a post like that? do you imagine porkens toiled very long over it?
The implication here is that post 4 is egregious and deserving of an in depth examination, more so than any other interaction at that point. You put an inane amount of effort into a psychological analysis of an RVS post, but have not put anywhere near that amount of effort into anything else in the thread, suggesting a reason for that post in particular to be singled out. Why then, does that post deserve that level of attention? Disproportionate response is 100% puffing up your post.In post 107, Porkens wrote:This is a gross misunderstanding or misrepresentation. 43 is not “puffed up,” it is a deep analysis of the mindset behind post 4. There’s nothing extraneous about it; each idea supports the thesis and is needed for ancomplete analysis. Furthermore, I never accused Souk of “puffing up” their posts or called them scummy for “puffing up” posts. I don’t think you are making an honest analysis here.
A note, my actual accusation, the meat of the scumread here, was that Porkens made a whole lot of something out of that post in order to put S&K at E-1 without announcing that it was an E-1 vote. Which... remains true.
Say it with me now... Geriatric. You should probably go read the linked Geriatric rules in the OP, because you seem to completely misunderstand them.In post 162, clidd wrote:Bingle is E-2, is he going to say something ?
As far as the wagon on me, I'm not particularly worried, nor will it influence the way I play the game.

Most of what you've highlighted is certainly you saying things about the game, yes. not what I asked for.In post 198, Bingle wrote:
I'll include a spoiler of what I consider to be game content from me compared to what I consider to not be game content from me, but my point isn't that I've been insanely active and solvey. My point is that while I have done some mechanical speculation (it's kinda my thing) it's not the majority of what I've done nor am I hiding behind it.In post 195, The Bulge wrote:Besides 94, can you point me to any instances in your iso of substantive commentary or attempts to advance the game/your reads? how difficult is it, do you think, to come up with a post like that? do you imagine porkens toiled very long over it?
that's my point. so then why bring it up?I'm also unsure how to quote you not doing something. I don't think either of us engaged the other, (until just now, when we're engaging with each other) and am curious as to why you chose not to if you were specifically scumreading me instead of just voting me.
im ok, thanksIf you're asking about things you could have engaged me over, my stated reads would have been the obvious place to start.
As far as Porken's post, I suspect changing the formatting to be more Sherlock-esque took more effort than making the post in the first place and he's exaggerating how much effort he put into it.
Where exactly? the only person I see making those claims is you.
hard disagree, and an increasingly weird post to latch onto so hard given your emerging opinion of itIf I'm wrong, I still find it difficult to swallow that he chose to put that effort in on an RVS before reading the rest of the thread to see if there was something more worthy of his time to analyse.
Do you have any further thoughts on 200? the implied town!arrogance comes out of nowhere, and the attempt at minimizing the wagon on them at the end is weak.In post 204, AGar wrote:Lotsa folks high on their own stuff, huh?
KMD, where art thou to explain your Bingle vote more? I tire of patience.
Last couple MS posts have been :goodposting:, waiting to make sure the other head doesn't go and boof that progress for them.
Ayyo Porkens, why you still voting clidd if clidd's outburst was towntelling to you to the point of aggressively coming at me for binning it as null and not something I care about?
eh, I'm waiting for mr Scott to pick at something besides others' flaws in logic before I give them the town stamp.- The Bulge

I think he's approaching a replace-in the same way I do. there was one slot that pinged him and that he is now focusing on. reck feels like a natural choice ie not artificial. and I like the casual tone he takes in his replies. In post 308, Kmd4390 wrote:

can't I just be townreading you ?If you read, that is about the first opinion I have given of your slot's alignment this game. I will say tho not a fan of 317In post 313, Bell wrote:@Bulge, not sure if you're conf biasing or pocketing me.
hmm are you reading my posts? weird choice to use clidd's name hereIn post 323, Bell wrote:@Bulge why is the vote on Reck natural? Do you have any other town townreads besides Clidd?
the natural vote means it feels like a genuine choice of slot to pressure
Why are you asking me to limit my answer to this lens when I have made my stance on Bingle quite clear in the thread? In post 314, Sou and Kanna wrote:@pork and @bulge, could you two use your vote? what do you think of the bingle/kmd interaction thing?
I understand "hasn't swept me off my feet" to mean I haven't done anything overtly Towny. but you keep saying it as if you have absolutely nothing to say about my posts one way or another? and your lack of engagement with me despite a focus on my predecessor's 4 bullshit posts enforces that point. what's the dealiooIn post 316, Sou and Kanna wrote:preference for kmd (like just read that interaction with bingle), then bulge (i've spoken about bugs already, and bulge hasn't swept me off my feet either)- The Bulge

I was miselimmed a tonne during my initial run of games here in 2011, although I'd like to think I can chalk that up to being 14 on the Internet. when I started on this account I was still pretty bad and extremely low-content, and I tended to flounder under the pressure of keeping up as either alignment. Before I left the site, I was lazy, depressed, with the attention span you'd expect of any stoner dropout, and little motivation to put any effort into my games, but now, I'm back- The Bulge

I was reading you and sk in iso to get a better understanding of the discussion and why I felt so ignored this game. I've been trying to make mikescum make sense to me all afternoon and I thought sk was town.In post 430, Michael Scott wrote:
Was this directed at me? My read on Bugspray/you is more about SK's push on them than it is about Bugspray's content. I've stated numerous times why I'm not convinced that town!SK would strongly scumread Bugspray (or Agar) for the reasons that they provided. In post 420, The Bulge wrote:somebody who is still bringing up bugspray knows he is town. this is fucking ridiculous, I refuse to believe that the most circumstantial meta read I have ever fucking heard is so universally known and respected. If i am scum I promise you there is something to find in my iso
Were you suggesting that I'm scum, and that I'm TMI'ng your slot as town?

i mean that's fair which is why im going to look at some fish and won't be back until maybe 815. but if the timing of the claims is all that pushes it past 50/50, you should be looking at which d1 flip actually gives info
and to be perfectly honest i skimmed most of your long posts at first out of frustration at 1) too many words 2) ignoring my presence in the game, and thus didnt fully understand your stance until i looked back today- The Bulge
