Its mindgames! A real vanilla townie would never claim vanilla townie, but battle mage would know that, so he is claiming vanilla townie as vanilla townie to attract scum attention. Of course battle mage also knew i would post this analysis and leak his plan to scum, so he actually isnt vanilla townie. I have to say, a stroke of genius on that simple play.

as town i feel i ~try more, because i find town infinitely more enjoyable. my scum game is a bit more all over the place from the times i've rolled it so far but generally lower-volume in content, save for like one game where i was just having a fun time chatting. i'm less prone to offering game-content though as a whole so i don't get caught out.

irl sometimes makes me lower-volume regardless of alignment though but ya.

because they were up to date enough (or i thought) to answer pooky's questions, but not answer/reply/etc to anything else; they returned after 100 posts to only do that, nothing game related until now.

i also would rather mini start providing thoughts/opinions over answering silly things sooner rather than later, given that i took advantage of mini being in and out of things/quiet when i played a game with her where i was scum. having a grasp on her opinions makes it harder for scum to do that/set her up as an easy elimination if she's town. similarly if she's scum we're not working with less posts/content.

it feels like no one is really going to bat for battle mage as town in this situation other than like, osuka/creature and i don't know what to make about it.

like, most of the momentum today is going against ts/bm and i don't think that ts is scum in this situation; her frustration doesn't feel fake/cornered for being scum and there's still effort being put in which like... at this point, if she were scum i feel it'd be a lot more overt if she was caught out? i guess she really doesn't have a choice but to fight back in this case regardless. i've never played with scum!taylor before but her attitude now still feels like her town self.

with battle mage... i don't know if he goes into defense mode like that and doesn't come out? it's the same case where like, if he doesn't fight back as scum his team will get rolled (unless flavor was his partner but like, no.). but he's not doing that, he's just snarky and then nothing. that isn't something you do unless like, both you and your partner are fucked completely which in this case would be ts which...?? doesn't make sense to me. in theory she could have doubled down on bussing from the get-go but like i've said before it feels like a weak ass bus if that's what she was doing. at this point if it is scum!ts + scum!bm, though, i guess maybe she feels like she's in a better spot so that could explain still trying? the consensus seems to be no more than 1 in (ts/bm) so.
