I felt like I had to try to force something out, I didn't think him retracting his vote made much sense (it seemed predicated on titus making longer posts rather than short ones, rather than whether the content was AI, I felt even the short posts looked reasonably sort-y) but his explanation was...okay.

Usually when I have gut reads that I can't articulate well, I try to articulate them and then if it's on town the person goes "wtf that makes no sense" because it doesn't, really. Scum tend to subconsciously treat suspicions on them as more valid, I think.

Whole wall felt confirmation biased, which can be scum but sometimes it's just tunneled town. I lean toward the latter a little bit.

Well, they have given reads, I just haven't agreed with them. 75 accuses Titus of pointing out the obvious and being overconfident, 254 accuses bob of having a "guilty conscience" for refusing to explain his reads to raya

I think they're hard to read because they're leaning into the gimmick hard which probably makes it harder to communicate anything but there's a number of people who haven't posted much that's readable. I don't know that they're

Their vote on bob was, as far as I can tell, for "being mean" which IMHO is a worse reason than Red. Don't necessarily get the read of Raya as "underwhelming" either, I think she's been fine. But also partly a compromise vote, like I said. We've got less than 2 days so I'll move to someone I slightly suspect who is a viable wagon. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I still think catboi could be scum. I really dislike the mistyx vote. The reasoning given was that she isn't acting as excited to roll town as she said which means absolutely nothing. The scumreads on red and Akari/Mara aren't good either. Both come across as easier pushes right now due to Red's low posting and gimmick, and Akari/Mara's lack of good explanation on the Bob vote. I'd expect town to question Akari/Mara, not immediately place a vote.

A really underwhelming level of input that doesn't much seem to reflect what she said in her second post. Where is the enthusiasm? Where's the scumhunting? It's all very dispassionate.

Is it slight and maybe silly reasoning? Yes. But for an early game read I don't think it was bad and certainly wouldn't argue Misty has towntold.

If you're referring to actual post count then you're just being flat-out dishonest. Most of his posts have been empty filler, I'd gauge two as having real reads that might be AI. I didn't like either of those. I don't necessarily want to eliminate someone just for having two posts I disagreed with, because that can easily happen with town and ideally I'd like to see him post more. But he is on the negative side of my read list and I would absolutely vote him if necessary. You come in with stuff like a very under-justified bob vote and suspecting chara for saying titus's claim wasn't a towntell, calling raya underwhelming, which, wile even if I disagree with her, doesn't really appear to be the case at all, and I don't know why you'd single Raya out vs anyone else, if anything she's slightly on the proactive side.

I find red fine to read actually. Maybe our disagreement there is where the issue is. I found his posts that contained content were good. The nature of the gimmick would make it more difficult to post but I still see an effort.

Because scum want a miselim. If town is already pushing in that direction then sure, that's great. But scum still want some of their own scumreads so they can push something when on of their team is under suspicion.

Actually, scum don't need to do anything, simply not getting eliminated themselves is good enough. Giving the game a lack of momentum to actually get any elimination is good enough and right now there's a bunch of people who haven't really said much. But I guess I could just never vote and be the towniest town to you?

Titus? The thing with me when it comes to Titus is that she made a snap response to a couple of votes and instantly was putting out reads on like 3 players in her #116. That's not a lot of time to start picking out about 3 players. I'm not sure why she'd feel so pressured so early and where all of a sudden she had 3 reads to spat out like that. Since then, she's mostly retained an outside presence (though did A&M, which I agreed with). Bob I was feeling pretty good about early but now it seems like he stopped caring. Loved that fire let under his ass now it's not there lol

Activity isn't my main tell, it's just a way for me to prioritize my reads and look at a certain view of the game. Right now I'm not really sold on just limming the lurkers, because I don't really feel like the team is just sitting on their ass and being lazy. If we were crunching numbers, I'd assume like..maybe one in the lurkers? My vote on Misty doesn't reflect that I think her activity is scummy, it's that I want her to start focusing and putting more effort into the game.

From what I can understand, a lot of people think (JJH, A+M, Vax, Misty) are scummy or contain scum. There is varying degrees of scum but all of them have been in a position to be wagoned. I personally am skeptical towards this and while nobody has sat here and made a herosolve (thank god), I have to ask myself why. Or even, why people are content with this? D1 is always an awkward place but not so much where people just go 'jee the game is inactive let's just lim the lesser actives' as if scum isn't just paying attention or something? ....In this PList? This is all a bit vague but the point I'm trying to make is that I'm not really feeling like scum are too worried about how this day goes down. Even if Jjh ended up being scum, I don't think it really changes anything. There was a split moment further back where I thought a few people were willing to take more risks and had more compelling votes, but this Jjh wagon is extremely boring.

re: jjh, i don't have the Booneytoons context but i did wonder if jjh's vote was left on Vax from an early distancing attempt, and then he failed to get momentum on anyone else because he lacked the time. when he did confirm he thought Vax was scum, it was near deadline.
i don't know how likely it is, it'd mean a misplay by scum jjh if anything, not really a plot. straightforward thinking says they're not scum together.

Vax seemed legitimately salted that people were voting him and not jjh. Don't think I'd consider a vote on him today or tomorrow.

I've been having second thoughts and with this claim it might be mechanically best if Titus got growled at while commuting. Scum!Titus should not be able to perform the factional kill while commuting. If scum!Titus does not commute in order to make a kill, Catboi will either be able to confirm that a PT was created, or be dead, which would mean Titus would also be dead. If both roles have been presented accurately this would lock down scum!Titus while preserving town!Titus.

But...if we're both town then we just die. That doesn't help anything.


Looking back at Chara's ISO I think there's a decent chance it is Titus, anyway.

Okay, so...just want to say, I hid my real ability, it's not growl, it's Fake Out, and if I use it at night it's a roleblock. I targeted unwnd night 1 (because I foolishly thought he might've bussed), and targeted bob night 2. bob can confirm I outed this to him in the hood. Withheld it because that + cute charm meant if I outed it and don't block correctly N3, my target just dies with me. But we seem to have enough power that things should be locked up anyway. Regardless, bob is full clear since I roleblocked him when there was a kill.
