I guess the question I’m asking myself right now is: are the Scum more likely to have voted away from Cook (and onto Jim/Me), or did they stay away altogether? Or was Cook bussed? I’m assuming 3 Scum in this game, and I have to think that it’s more likely than not that at least 1 stayed away and/or didn’t bus the 2-Shot Roleblocker in the Team, which is somewhat powerful. Like clearly the Scum have an incentive here not to want to have Cook executed. If Cook had flipped Goon, that’s a different story. So that’s what my instincts are telling me right.

This is why Koba and Egix immediately rise in rankings of potential Scum for me, since Koba was on both Jim and I, and Egix had a bad vote on Lotus around the Jim/Cook votes. I downgraded Tris when looking back because Tris also has a vote where she puts Jim over Cook to move them away from a tie (485). But the big positive for Tris there is that when Cook votes me to put me in a precarious position, Tris moves from me onto Cook. That was an important vote. So I would imagine Tris is potentially okay, but wrong about Egix (despite sitting on nopoint at the end of the day). So yeah, I think Egix voting for me after voting Lotus (and calling Cook too Scummy to be Scum in 491), and staying on me and having a clearly faulty POE make me not want to trust the slot. Frankly, Egix’s votes D1 are a collection of bad. I don’t know that Town goes

here, but I could be wrong. And the “re-evaluation” after Cook is guaranteed to flip just reads to me like Scum that doesn’t want to eat an execution for a completely wrong view of the game.

The problem I see with Andres scum is this. Why would Cook shade + vote Andres as partner here. It seems like a tmi leading to misrepresentation on a town slot.

It bothers me how gerain uses a voting analysis as his major way to read the game, yet pretty much stays out of the way of any wagon. Like, his system is designed to make himself look good. I don't know if that makes him scum necessarily, still want further thoughts than just analysis of votes.

I'm actually not willing to lynch anyone I called scum yesterday (Egix, Gerain). It's also surely the case that scum is in my town pile and that's why I'm being left alive.

If Gerain was scum, he would have NKed me since he knows I have a tendency to tunnel based on his experiences with me and he would have expected me gun for him today since he was my second scum-read yesterday.

Like look at the wagon composition on Cook. Koba and Zuko were Town, nopoint is claiming Mason unCC’ed, Jim was the Counterwagon to the Scum Roleblocker, and I know I’m Town. That leaves RLotus, and Flea. It would be wild if both Flea and RLotus are Scum. So where I want to look is most definitely outside of the Cook wagon, and on the Koba wagon. The combination of both is a decent place to start.

The issue with that is that there was a lot of uncertainty surrounding the Cook's wagon. The Koba wagon, on the other hand, has a confirmed town mad-gunning for Koba so scum could easily have hidden behind vanity wagons while defending Koba because the Koba lynch seemed almost a foregone conclusion. They don't have to push for anything too aggressively and that's exactly what I saw Flea doing there.

I don’t know how true this is. You’re the obvious NK. I also think that’s why the Scum avoided it. They haven’t gotten any Town PRs outside of one Mason so in my opinion they’re afraid to slip.

While this maybe true, I think that if Gerain was scum, me having had Gerain as next in line to eat the ropes would have deterred a NK that's not me. There was no indication I'm the type of person who does 180 easily either.

The unvote was by Facebones himself 8 hours later. Egix made intent to hammer in the 5th hour. That might not be enough time for any shenanigans. Do you think that he would as scum, self vote to E-1, then went afk for 8 hours? I think a gambitting scum would stay close by the forum to make sure they get away with it.
