So, I've never played as a Mason before. Do either of you think it's beneficial to vote for each other during RVS? Personally, I think it would be better for us in the run if we never vote for each other. That way we can use that fact as part of our case if (or when) we decide to announce our Mason-ness.

If I get to L-1, I'm going to claim. the only question is, should I just claim myself, or both of you as well? I don't want to put a target on both of your backs for a N1 kill. However, it would leave at least one verified town for D2.....thoughts?

I'm kind of stumped at this point. DkKoba is filling up the thread with a lot of unrelated filler posts, which is distracting and getting everyone off topic. Not sure if this is typical play for them, or if they are trying to create confusion.
Also, I still can't get over how odd it was that Cook was blindly wagon hopping right after DkKoba, like, two or three votes in a row.
Otherwise, I could make up cases in my head either way for pretty much everyone else.

Okay guys. We're a pretty strong voting bloc, and Day 1 is coming to an end this weekend. As it stands right now, Cook is at E-2 (which I am okay with), and Andres seems like the other popular target ATM (although I'm still not on board with him as scum). I feel like it's too late to start a geraintm campaign, but let me know your thoughts, cause I'm starting to get some strong scum vibes from him.

What are your thoughts? I also feel like the town would have respect and understanding for Zuko for placing the hammer vote as long as you announce it ahead of time.

I am very on board to lynch cook. I was just getting worried that the momentum was starting to wane, and I wanted to see if anyone else would jump on the gerainmt wagon. Sadly, no one. I will wait a few more hours (so I don't seem flip-floppy) and then switch my vote back to cook.

I think we would learn more from a cook elim than from a dk elim.
I think that's going to be my reasoning for jumping back on the cook wagon after switching to geraintm.

Zuko, I'm sorry. I'm really not trying to give you a headache. I've only played a few games, and they were a few years ago. I have been acting a little impulsively, and I know it's been hard to justify in the main thread.

We really need to lynch someone Day 1, though. It's come up in almost every game I've played, both on this site and irl, that a no-lynch on day 1 is bad for town. If we lynch cook, and it turns out he is town, we can go back and re-read all of his posts/reads and have a better understanding of what someone who is 100% town actually thinks, without it being wifom. Please consider this before the deadline. Otherwise, we will start Day 2 with basically the same amount of knowledge we started Day 1 with.....nothing.

"I have reasons to believe" implies you have inside info, which scum can re-word into making *us* look like the scum trio. I can't see that working until at least one of us is killed and flips. We just have to do it through positive reads of each other.
I can read you as town pretty easy Zuko. But nopoint is a little harder to justify right now because there isn't a whole lot of content to go off of, which leaves me at a null read for now.
I really don't think there would be any other PRs than 3 scum and 3 masons. An extra mason pair would make it too pro-town, unless there was a 4th scum. But that would seem unbalanced, too.

I keep going back and forth about when and how to announce and/or validate our masonness.... It really would take one of us sacrificing ourselves to prove our alliance on the flip. Then scum would nk one of the remaining pair. Then the third person would be left adrift for a single day until scum nk'd them d2.

Unfortunately, I think I'm still a big enough wild card that the scum would keep me until Day 2. It would be in their best interest to nk a lurker.
Also unfortunately, that put's nopoint and myself in drawing. The other low-posters (ignoring replacements) are: facebones, RLotus, and Flea. None of which I think scum would nk.
It might be nopoint. I'm sorry. Are there ways we can think of reverse crumbing our relationship?

You know what's interesting....both geraintm and facebones were not on the D1 wagon for Cook, nor were they on the D2 wagon for Dk....maybe they didn't want to bus their buddy D1, and they didn't want to be associated with a mis-lynch D2??
Also, I was more disappointed in Gamma for just letting the Dk lynch play through. Her passiveness is what helped sell me on the fact it was a lost cause. Ugh. Oh well.

Facebones wasn't top on my list either, but I would have hammered at deadline. It was in the best interest of the town to lynch.

Hi Clidd. I know the main thread has a TON of posts, so let me try and break it down. D1 was a toss up between Cook, DkKoba, and Eoosa (some of whom may or may not have been non-stop drunk posting for pages). Cook was lynched as scum D1 and then our mason buddy Zuko was NK'd night 1. D2 DkKoba fake claimed mason forcing nopoint (you) to counter claim. The town all believes you are mason. nopoint also did a good job of aligning with me, so even though the town doesn't know I'm mason, they all seem to agree I am town as well.
At this point there are only five suspects left: Bugspray, Egix96, Flea The Magician, geraintm, and RLotus. I've been hardcore tunneling on geraintm, mostly because he's scummy as hell and makes justifying votes for him incredibly easy. nopoint was of the mindset the remaining scum team was bug and flea. With flea at E-2, I'm very down to switch votes and hammer with you. I'm going to post my intent to switch votes in the main group, but allow you some time to try and catch up for real.
I'll be around online during deadline tomorrow, so I can place the hammer if you think Flea is the best bet.

Nopoint had a theory that he had been town-reading at least one of the scum, which is why they let him live for so long.

Tomorrow will be a 3v2 (3 town vs 2 scum), so from your pov it will be 2 town/2 scum posting, which means that half of the posts will be coming from scum (don't forget that).
