Collective Color Changing

There are three palettes:
You may make a post with a color code and a palette number, e.g.
Average the R, G, and B values between that palette's current color and the color that you're adding to get the new color. Round up if necessary.
In this case, that's:
Alternatively, you may post the MIX command like so:
This will empty the first palette specified and mix its color with the second palette specified.
In this case, that's:
empty palettes will just fill with whatever color you add to them
Please post (an) updated version(s) of the palette(s) you just changed.
