Suffice to say this is a fine instance tho of role != alignment. I do not think that in a Krazy game a claim of coroner is a town-only role.

If your plan was to coast by on claim alone, it aint gonna work. I'll want to see content from you and so far it is lacking in townness.

I know you've never played with me, nor any of my alts, so I'm going to say this:
Even as scum, I don't like coasting by on claim alone. I think winning from that alone is a cheap, and lame victory. I'd rather have a win that I actually worked towards, or a loss that I feel was a fair and just loss.

I have also said now multiple times that I will play once koalawang is over, and now that it's over, I'm playing. Not to mention, I'm V/LA on weekends. This is in my signature, so there's literally no excuse for not realizing this. If you're expecting me to put actual effort into a game when I'm not around, and really only checking the forums at inconsistent times, you're sorely mistaken.

Just had reasonable chance of flipping scum when I've got some townreads elsewhere in the game, and that's enough for me to vote Korina

However, I think all the incorrect assumptions that Korina has made and the stubborn insistence on maintaining them could well be town!Korina

This isn't something that's exclusive to Town!Me. This is something that's related to me being a very emotion-based player, and the fact I'm very reluctant to concede a position I genuinely believe in. Because this is singleball, yea, this is something that's more likely to come from Town!Me, just because Scum!Me would likely have considered these things already. As scum, I tend to put more thought into my play to try to seem townie, whereas when I'm town, I just say fuck it a lot of the time and don't plan.

I am confused by Mastina ranking system which seems to only based on the Koala game. Then again i think she did the same thing in the Steven Universe mafia when there was an in-game involve and she was town there as well. Based on meta Mastina is prob town but I do not trust meta so......

@norra, i also googled "what do snow leopards do" and one of the first results is literally sleep for 18+ hrs a day. the only role i can think of that would be anywhere close to this is a delayed role of some sort, (since you're spending the day sleeping.) beyond that, i have no idea.

I really do doubt two scum come out to try to elim a single townie however.

I'm still all for eliming S&M today just to confirm both MHTP and BM. If S&M is town, they're both scum. If S&M is scum, they're both town.

I am indeed NAR 1. I was unsure if I would be permitted to proclaim that part of my role.

My understanding of the loyal modifier is that my action only succeeds when I target someone of the same alignment, my claim therefore enforces a 1vs1 scenario which is such a suboptimal play to the point of a potential game throw as scum.

I don’t understand then because there’s no way that shouldn’t have succeeded. Something weird is happening. Maybe similar to DnD where Wisdom had this crazy role that subverted things.

So, I think your result must have somehow been tampered with by scum, so probably shouldn’t have reacted like that but brainbomb on MU tried to run me up with a fake guilty but I think BM suddenly jumping on me like that is hella sus, so I think he’s a better elim.

That is a possibility, but we have two people vouching that you're scum, which makes eliming you the objectively better option here IMO.
Like I said before, I also really doubt mafia have a framer. If anyone has that type of ability though, they should absolutely claim now.

It doesn't matter what you say is possible here- we have a scenario that very strongly points to you being scum and you can't influence that scenario.

On the positive side for you, I think it's highly likely that if MHTP was blocked here in some way it was by town rather than scum

Battle Mage isn't hardclaiming his investigative role, nor should he, but he is vouching for MHTP in a way that is incredibly unlikely to be scum--so a fairly high chance of being town here. Narrows it down further to this:

IIRC, they claimed cop, if not indirectly claimed cop by saying they had a guilty on S&M. Based on the roles thus far, it'd make sense that town would likely have a normal cop to balance out things.
