Voting

Oh I found it

i want to say just complete initial impression sightread that this is somewhat balanced? maybe even slightly on the scumsided end of balanced, honestly. making the loyal neighborizer simple is a serious nerf in a game with only 6 VTs, innocents from that are way way more valuable than "guilties" that really only force a claim. and apart from that the only real town power comes in the form of the watcher -- which is a powerful role, no doubt, but in large part is kind of a single-use in that it probably just trades 1 for 1 with scum, and in the worst case totally gets things wrong if scum use the ninja strongman and the roaming doctor targets the same person.

yeah, that would be the thing that puts the scum Role PMs in the Mafia PT

Then I like it a bunch

Simple Loyal Neighborizer is equivalent to a Neapolitan, while Loyal Neighborizer is equivalent to a Cop. The two are on very different power levels in my opinion. But yeah the scum have multiple ways to deal with a Watcher so Town might need a Cop analogue instead of a Neapolitan analogue.

Compulsive BG is an afterthought, I added it as a low power protective role. Though Roaming Doctor already can't follow the watcher so a base role BG might be better.

Below section is the setup as Isis wants it, I feel it might be a good idea but idk yet, want to hear nsg's opinion.

I thought it was clear in the setup info that the backup neighborizer was in a separate neighborhood - apparently not

the question that remains is how do I make it more clear there are two neighborhoods in the PMs, right now the two neighborhoods are named by the Neighborizer that adds players into it

and yeah I don't feel like adding neighbor to the backup neighborizer so it can do what NSG thinks it does as I'm pretty set on the setup already

NSG knows normal mechanics a little better than I do probably, but I don't think a neighborizer starts with a neighborhood at all? A neighborhood is created the first time they successfully connect with a shot I thought. It matters in a way different from a notes PT: A neighborizer who doesn't shoot night 1 either is or isn't a miller to a PT cop. I always understood neighborizers to not be vulnerable to PT cops until they connect.

With that in mind/if that's correct, the best name for the neighborhood would be the name of the two players that are in it when it begins due to a [first] successful shot.
