Subway isn't even real food by most scientific studies but your backup mod loves it anyways. They actually swapped the way they cut their sandwiches (or sandwich like products) a few years ago. They used to cut from the top-middle downwards, but now it's the side cut, instead. Their creamy sriracha mayo is pretty good if you loathe yourself as much as I do!

What could be more convenient than a jaffle-maker? An ELECTRIC jaffle-maker. The Breville "Snack 'n' Sandwich" maker was first released in 1974. It reportedly sold 400,000 in its first year and reached 10% of Australian households. It was the first sandwich maker to cut the sandwich in half, while also sealing the filling inside and making it easier to eat. I have a feeling that the fire-roasted sandwiches taste better even though they're less convenient.
