Good question. Instead of entering with jokes or RVS, Alchemist seems to want to be friends with everyone.

Vulture can have a townlean. They are looking at early interactions in a towny critical way. Not unfakable, but a good look. Also, the "I have a gut read but I can't articulate it" thing I think comes from town a lot more than scum.In post 65, Vulture wrote:

Chainsaw much?
There’s not a lot more I have to add to this that hasn’t been said. Umlaut jumped on what we were all thinking.
Datisi felt different this game than the last one I played with him in a way I can’t word exactly, but noticed.- Seanzie

So uhh.... are you going to?In post 78, T3 wrote:
Oh wait NVM I didn't respond to this.In post 73, Datisi wrote:if flubber was reacting to something that wasn't rvs, then flubber's own post can't have been rvs either, right? so why are you suspecting umlaut for taking flubber's "rvs" interaction too seriously?- Seanzie

Eh, I didn't lie so much as just have a brainflub. Tbh I may have had a few drinks last night...In post 116, Flubbernugget wrote:

What do you think of my idea that Seanzie may have been testing to see who would try defending/pocketing me?In post 112, Flubbernugget wrote:
so I don't think seanzie is literally scumreading someone for posting more. I think they're trying to manufacture a push and doing it poorly. so the only thing they could shade alchemist for was "posting". seems like I'm right too, because in elaborating, they're now saying things that are just...wrongIn post 36, Umlaut wrote:A non-ridiculous reading is "there is something in Alchemist's posts that Seanzie didn't like and he's being coy about what exactly" and not "posting = bad," and I have a hard time believing the latter is really what you thought he meant even for a second.
More votes on Flub plz
I usually try to get the game going early by overstating a weak scumread on someone to see how people react. I didn't like how buddy-buddy Alchemist was being, and so I wanted to push him on that. Idk why I didn't remember the lukewarm joke.- Seanzie

I don't think it'd make much sense for a town to be in a neighborhood if only 3 people have BTSC. Unless there is no mafia BTSC (which seems extremely unlikely), the townperson could immediately conclude that their neighbor was mafia, which seems broken. In post 129, Titus wrote:
That would leave 2 scum for the entire game if one town was in a neighborhood at the start of the game.In post 117, Alchemist21 wrote:This has been on my mind a bit, but have mods recently started putting info like this in their rulesets? This was an oddly specific detail to include and if there’s a neighborhood it means there’s a guaranteed scum in there.

Oh, okay, so namely the action was faked, rather than the action itself is scummy? In post 161, Vulture wrote:
My theory is that Flubber felt like they had to double-down and try and 'convince' others and look like a frustrated townie when their logic wasn't going over well.In post 159, Seanzie wrote:In post 158, Vulture wrote:Meh.

I could do a trustfall without much trouble, but I wouldn't call them townie. I don't think hammering early is a good idea though. In post 163, Aristeia wrote:Does anyone think Flubber is townie? - Seanzie
