But seriously, I haven't been doing much because I'm spread super fucking thin rn, so koba can fuck right off for thinking they have a good read on me, they've basically never evolved their meta on me past a very basic and outmoded concept of it.
And also, while I don't necessarily think Kyouko is scum, koba defending them this way reminds me of how Koba defended NM in mini 2226 so that imo raises Kyouko's scum equity.

While I can see this happening because of how confident Koba gets I have yet to see it work out this way because in my experience Koba's reads are pretty good. Simple solution is to not blindly sheep them after they die

Also makes me feel old knowing wheme had to google which gen Mareep is from. I remember using Ampharos in my first play of Silver as a kid

I started with Soulsilver so I do know which gen Mareep is from but I haven't been into the series as long as you. I actually got SS when I was 10 so it's kinda fitting I got into Pokemon when I did.

I can remember one time where I maybe got upset with a hydra partner as town, and it was a long time ago atp. Secret Agent Jin kinda let me down in 3 games at once. We were a town hydra in one, a scum hydra in another, and scum buddies in the third. I kinda let him have it post-those three games iirc. But for the most part my rage at hydra partners is probably best documented from scum games, and it boils down to one core difference in circumstance. When I get let down as a town hydra, generally it results in immediate doom, like in the hydra DDU where I was paired with drealmerz, and he openwolfed and got us speedwagoned while I was out camping for the weekend. Meanwhile as a scum hydra typically the way I get let down is just that my partner ditches me because they don’t wanna play scum. I’ve never had a town hydra game to my knowledge where I was basically deserted. So this is uncharted territory for me. All those game with SAJ I didn’t get a chance to cut the cord, I died before I could get back into either of the hydra games and we kinda crumbled in the game we were scum together in. This lets me bring up another sore spot for me: I’m basically paranoid to turn my back on any game for a second because I’ve had numerous game where I’ve been taken away by circumstance only to come back to find I’d been killed off. It’s supremely annoying to constantly have to be present, and it’s probably why my scumgame is sometimes extremely fucking controlling.

Btw I’ve since apologized to my partners for my outburst and they’re okay with me going it alone.

And to expand on this when me and Nancy’s scum partner Mystic Bears initially claimed in FFXIV it looked like they claimed BP PGO, which I had to explain “hey that role doesn’t really make sense design wise at all”
So Nancy keeling that with her is a) a clear sign she’s town here being properly analytical and b) she might act be starting to Take a Level in Badass wrt mech play skill, she’s got room to grow but seems more functional than before

Also, my ability does have a gate of being unable to target the same person 2 nights in a row (which is why I went with Milobird rather than ensuring protection on FB), which I thought contradicted Koba’s role for a time but the “evolved roles are better” logic stuck with me after a period of skepticism because I yeeted Flea the Magician off of similar shitty assumptions in Draft Mafia.

Yeah, I don’t want to get modkilled. My role is obviously not as strong as FB’s because it’s delayed which is why I didn’t get a result until today and you won’t find out my Critter result until D5.

Idg the math on this tho, shouldn’t you have your critter result by D4? Or does the delay magnify as time goes on??

So either she queues actions now and gets them throughout the game or each check takes 2 nights and she can’t queue actions

I would not have put down my flavor as having my role. My point being your flavor shouldn’t be a hard indicator of your role.
