It is still very unclear to me why Pooky thought allowing you to replace-in without even checking was a good idea.

That is not faulting you, but an instant replaceout by catboi was 100% expected and Pooky was always going to have to find a different replacement regardless.

Generally speaking, I don’t keep track of other people’s blacklists, especially across alts, and rely on players telling me they won’t play well together explicitly in the pregame or having the maturity to respect the desire to not play with them if it’s been expressed.

In this case it was probably that HQ reached out to join the replace queue through me and pooky assuming I did the legwork as well as the not knowing about alt status, and it lead to an unfortunate circumstance.

It’s advisable imo to let the mod know about any blacklist you have pregame to prevent such situations in the future, as most mods don’t go digging for people’s blacklists while replacing ime.

WRT the replaces (I think someone asked), as far as I’m aware there was an accidental oog communication and in any such instance both slots have to be replaced, regardless of alignments or what the mod thinks. I was notified because I was immediately available and pooky wasn’t.

Prism requested replacement shortly after, but I’m unsure on that being directly related.

I handled both issues and forwarded the replace in requests to pooky and think he did a tremendous job responding quickly.

In any case, that’s all the information that is relevant to the game and thus the only thing that is shareable from me. Clearly it wasn’t considered malicious as no listmod intervention

I reached out during signups first. It really wasn’t my choice to be a replace in.

If Pooky were enforcing blacklists and knew about the conflict that wouldn't have mattered. You being on the replacement list doesn't stop his ruleset from applying, regardless of how long you've been on the replacement list.
