The person without a pair will be the person that we think is scummiest, as best we can. It's not worth attempting to worry about that. Make a pair with a team you feel comfortable with, and go for it.

i vibe a lot more with firebringer in the last few pages than i have before, a lot of my issues with alyssa have withered away as she's gotten more into the game and interacted with things. also this is for her specifically but: it's not surprising to me that you scumread me without experience, idk if i said this before when i was being flippant about it all but i feel that i can be ... a certain way that people don't like if i'm not invested yet. so the scumread on me isn't really something i'm going to react to until i want to which i guess is now, i think for how you're playing it doesn't surprise me that you'd view my slot like that if that... makes sense at all.

I have the weird feeling Marci is scum that hoped norwee will keep the pair for dying but now that he replaced out is upping the ante to not get eliminated.

taly and i were talking some this morning and i very much did not like this post; the word i used was prescient of marci flipping scum, but in the moment itself he wasn't doing the work to actually interact or case her

I think that likely one of marcistar and RH9 is scum, considering that the two of them are the ones I most distinctly remember doing this potential posturing. I don't find it super likely that both are scum, but it is possible.

was there any reason why you cut this off because when i read it it felt like the reason why alyssa was. like okay with partnering with rh9 was in part here ie "marci/angie has 1 scum, marci/rh9 has 1 scum", and then to me the logic follows that marci is most likely to be scum because she appears in both groups or more than the other 2 individually

so the thing about nancy is that she posted a lot of ate in slaughter hour but the ate was uh... not related to her alignment particularly? it was about other people talking around her/not directly to her which is something that had no bearing on what she was and while i thought at the time she wouldnt react like that as scum, well. Well.

here though a lot of her emotions/unhappiness do seem to be tied to being disbelieved which is more AI than slaughter hour. like she's upset /because/ her friend who she paired with doesn't trust her/believe in her and she's so upset she just wants to leave which feels like... scum nancy might get upset that her friend wants to believe but i think that the emotions might come from a different place i.e. "shiro isn't having fun with me/doesn't like me" rather than "the things that i am saying and thinking aren't being regarded as True"

what is the benefit of going hm, today we are going to push marci. who is scum. and the scrutiny isn't on her but it's on norwee. so we are going to stand out here like a sore thumb. and we are risking pointing out the Real Danger that everyone is missing and then we are going to stand out like a sore thumb later while also killing one of our buddies.

also r.e. why you have to flip shiro/hq sooner rather than later is that the more people alive right now are the more people who can actually kill them because at this point if he is scum he's done nothing that will make nancy leave him and if they're in final 4 it's a stalemate wherein shiro will not leave if scum harley will not leave shiro (idk maybe i'm selling her short but she's clearing him off of stuff that isn't clearing) and then whoever's there is forced to leave and roll the dice on their partner to avoid a deadline win
