My main advice...

Don't focus too much on fulfilling the setup too quickly, or even making sure we are in separate games. Obviously avoid getting put in the same game, but don't push too hard too fast, or go out of our way to making a only town swap on Night 1.

Try and just be natural.

I don't know our partner, imaginality. I also am unfamiliar with implosion, Tanner, and Aristeia. I don't follow Alts, lol.

As for what you should do... Absolutely do what you would have done as town.

You can lead in with that post. It will be slightly AtE, and you could ask permission for Keep. It might appear scummy to complete objectives quickly and avoid the solving aspect. That's what I want to avoid as our perception.

One possible tactic is to have two scum do a little theater and buddy, then when we attempt to get in the same game, we can swap one of us out and make it appear as though scum wanted to separate the pair. Trying to get in separate games may come off forced, so if theater is easier, this is an option.

I would not be opposed to Toog coming to the keep with me an Ari. They are the only two people on this player list I have ever played with, so might help us read each other ?

This comment would have town me suspicious of you. I can't join you in keep without a few other people saying it's a good idea and gives me the ability to reach that conclusion as well. Joining now wouldn't look organic enough.

Just react as necessary. If I feel like I would normally be suspicious or trusting, I'll do so. I tend to town hunt instead of scum hunt early, so my head space would be attempting to find someone town I would trust in the game with me.

I could join the Keep if encouraged, and then we swap Luke with someone like Darby or numberQ.

I'm also thinking that whoever ends up at the Gate needs to be the most town read person in the game, so we might need to make a swap there. It might not be beneficial to swap Luke and I or put us both in the same game.

If we go with Baltar's suggestion, I'd probably swap Ari with numbers and make Ari the IC. Then we WIFOM Ari into deciding if they were right about me being scum or if it's Darby. Then you get numberQ in the Keep who might be a hard sell to get votes anyways.

Ignoring people is kind of my meta. I live in my own head space when I play, and it helps me keep distance and seem uninformed (I like to think). I generally just spew my thoughts, and then go back to real life lol. I'm not a keyboard warrior when it comes to Mafia, I usually on check the thread once, maybe twice a day.

Swapping two of us might cause some fuckery. But really, what we need to do is get someone other than Tanner or VPB as IC is my guess. Darby is probably going to get replaced and who knows who that is going to be.

I think most people will assume two scum at the Wall though, and swapping me with Luke will throw the Keep away, but probably make the Wall easily winnable.

Actually, the Wall is already favored. We may not want to mess with it at all actually.

Swapping between Gate and Keep will cause a lot more people to question their reads.

I don't think there is any easy choice. Making a swap from the Wall makes me look worse, unless we are swapping it to the Gate for IC purposes.

If the Keep doesn't make a change, it would show that scum is happy with the status quo, and it might cause reads to be questioned. But if you are worried about how town read implosion is, maybe just swap implosion with Tanner for maximum wifom, or with Baltar for a more questionable outcome.

Swap Darby to Gate with Tanner, make Darby the IC. Darby slot probably wouldn't make a good IC regardless whether replaced or not. But then we might lose the Keep.

Swapping Luke and imaginality might raise enough eyebrows to change reads.

I really don't know the right answer.

What I like about this game is that one scum can't carry the team. We have to each do some work.

Fwiw, I think those moves lose us the game, though maybe I'm just paranoid. If implosion is as town read as you guys suggest, we turn each game into a 50/50, but by making Tanner the IC, who has already shown some suspicion on both imaginality and myself (and maybe Luke as well), that might seal the game.

Baltar probably makes a better IC, I think.

Yeah, I have some seriously bad sinus congestion going on. I haven't been able to breathe out my nose for two days, my fever is broke from earlier, but I have such an intense sinus headache I'm certain I might have an infection at this point.

I have been immune compromised since my mid 20s after losing both my spleen and large intestine, so everything hits me hard.

I have severe sinusitis and mild pneumonia. I have a couple medications to take for both.
